The place is disgusting. Potholes in parking lot, broken furniture outside in full view. Smelly halls, dirty carpets and unsanitary room. We did not stay as the place is uninhabitable.

Smell was foul, was so bad we couldn’t even stay the nights we booked. There was no wifi available. The bed was on plywood. There was cigarettes in the indoor plant pots. There was mould on all the walls and ceilings of the rooms below. This is a sanitation hazard. I will be reporting this listing. My female friend and I did not feel safe or comfortable here.

Just overall disgusted. Left in an hour upon arrival from the conditions and asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten anything back from them , not even a sorry and it’s been a week.. save your money and go anywhere else but here

the hotel inside is dirty - to the point that if "health people" went in there they would probably close it down ... I have been in low rated premises before but the room that I had was abysmal -dirt on the shower curtain was soo bad that I did not use the shower ! the garbage on the ground in the parking lot - the unvacuumed carpet - the dirt on the stairwell ... TV did not work -no coffee machine

The location is excellent - close to the airport... -close Bolton itself is an interesting small town with good facilities ...to Mississauga & Toronto ... close to hwy 401

Room was dirty. Carpet not vacuumed, hair(s) on floor in bathroom, opened/used package of soap still in shower so I could tell this room had NOT been cleaned OR to very poor standards . Water pressure in toilet was poor--took many flushes to actually flush toilet. I questioned if bed had even been changed. Lamp with no shade and light bulb burned out. Hallways also smelled and dirty. Garbage on outside of building. I am not too fussy when it comes to cheap hotels.....I tent camp.............but this was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in.

Everything. Clerk in the front office did not know how to check me in or that I had a reservation. Room was not clean. Went & bought some Lysol wipes & cleaned. Garbage at the entrance to the building. No screens on the window. No air conditioning. Internet did not work. Bits of stuff on the carpet. Black hair on the bathroom floor. Parking lot full of holes & uneven pavement.

the dirtiest hotel i have ever been in. hotel had no record of our reservations, but they did manage to fit us in outer hotel doors were not secured at any time sheets had cigarette burns in one room bathrooms filthy towels were stained multiple items plugged into ancient power boxes/extension cords old food behind beside table (potato chips) bad smell in hallways and stairwells

The room was dirty. It hadn’t been cleaned. The bed hadn’t been changed. The garbage hadn’t been removed. It was suppose to be a non smoking room. The room wrecked of smoke. There was no bottom sheet. The shower curtain had mold on it. The toilet didn’t flush. I had to fill the garbage bucket with water and dump it down the toilet. The lamp didn’t have a lampshade on it. The end of the cord had been cut off. I have proof of this as pictures were taken.

Condom wrapper on the bed, dirt and hair in corners of bathroom… holes in the wall look like from punches, cigarette butts left in a cup in the windowsill. Is a dump that’s not cared for, but I had a slept.

Whole facility run down. Smell of cat pee on entering building. Towel was extremely dirty/ stained and not appealing to use. Found a bed bug something or other in room that made me feel uneasy and with general condition I was uneasy sleeping in bed. Bedside table held together with tape. Road into here is like a safari with all the potholes. Only 2 pillows on bed and the blanket on the bed , it has multiple burn marks (holes) in it. TV is dated and satellite doesn’t really work very well. Just don’t stay here! Value for buck is simply not even close to being worth it.

Location to some restaurants. Bed reasonably comfy and shower has decent to good pressure.
