You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Pool was not heated as advertised. More pillows and blankets in the room would of been nice. Loud neighbors at night.could hear them though the wall.

Bromont seems to have issues against signage, the hotel had a sign but many other places did not
the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not try the breakfast. the room was nice and bright.

Rooms and overall facilities are a little outdated. I found hair on “clean” hand towel and also in the shower. Although it mentions “breakfast is included” when reserving, it doesn’t specify that it’s a continental breakfast.
Well located, decent amount of options for dining and amenities in a 1KM radius. Pretty clean. The kids had lots of fun in the pool. We were a large group (hockey tournament), and the staff was nice to offer us, without asking for it, the breakfast room so we can order some food and all have dinner in the same room.

Poor room service stay five nights room cleaned Monday ,Tueday, Wednesday we were in room first time knocked came back did room ,Thursday no service at all was gone by 8:15 returned 14:30 . At 15:30 went and found cleaning person in charge advised she notified staff . At 17:00 went to front desk to ask for room to be cleaned gentleman on duty bluntly stated you can take towels from pool .I am not sure cleaning staff are still available. Someone came to room replaced towels and took out garbage brought clean glass only when asked floor not swept etc . Person at front desk on Thursday night could improve communication skills re customer service. Friday woman who I asked for room service was very apologetic that I then had to go to front desk .
Breakfast was perfect excellent staff. Very simple , waffle maker could be added as in other place we have stayed.

Towel size were small for the bathroom, 1ply toilet paper, did not have dishware/utensils for 4 people in kitchenette. Could of had some hot items for the breakfast

Shower towels were like sandpaper. Really rude. It was noisy that evening. People were loud in the hallways.

The jacuzzi was always full of people, so we could not use it. Also, not sufficiently hot. The fridge was of the smallest size, and some rooms did not have a freezer area in it. The TV was small as well. The towels were too small. The included breakfast did not have a sufficient variety of teas: only green and black, no herbal.
Good room with basic amenities like fridge, TV, air heating system, balcony on the second floor, hair dryer. Breakfast was OK, where the croissants were the best part of it. Close to the Bromont ski resort. Close to restaurants. Excellent daily room service.

Breakfast was super basic and saw hotel staff serving processed food from Costco. The main factor for selecting this hotel was included breakfast. We won't come back.

The pool was very cold. I just assumed it would be somewhat heated being the middle of winter.
The room was quite big and very quiet! The breakfast was wonderful... Great variety and lots of it. Loved the hot tub! Very close to the mountain.

Bed was a little stiff, the bathub stopper was broken so couldnt keep the water very long. The water in the bathroom sink couldnt be drained properly. When in the bed we couldnt watch a movie on the TV as the bathroom wall was in the way.

Although we had requested a walk-in shower and been promised one for an extra $20, we were not given one at first and had to move rooms (to a much smaller one!). There is one nice pub nearish to eat and drink, but it is not easy to walk there, especially in the dark.
The lady at reception was very helpful in procuring a room with a walk-in shower, which we had requested and were promised, but were not initially given. The room was well-appointed and very clean.

I would of liked for there to be more Options at breakfast. Pancakes , French toast , eggs , tater tots, etc.
Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were a nice size. Pool and hot tub were great additions to the hotel as well.
