They advertised a full breakfast that included egg and a meat. All they had was bread cereal and muffins. We booked this hotel because it included a breakfast and when it did not we had to eat out and that was another added cost to us.

The hotel was very outdated. The pool had a dirt ring around it. It can use some upgrades and a few extra housekeepers

Booked this place because we needed easy breakfast in the morning. The options were bread, muffins and glutenous cerealsl. I can't have gluten, so there was nothing I could eat. Usually when a place has this motel style breakfast, there is at least yogurt. The milk options for the cereal was just cream, no milk. Ive had better breakfasts at far cheaper motel stays. Also, staying across the street from the hotel is not convenient or comfortable. And this is not stated in booking a room. Please consider the ever growing population of middle aged people who's bodies are rejecting gluten when creating your breakfast offerings.

Overall a bad experience, firstly the staff demanded Identification and a credit card, as I didn’t have a credit card I had to get them 200 dollars cash as a deposit. The debit card I had used to prepay accommodation wasn’t good enough. I’ve stayed in many places in PEI and never been asked for this. You had to cross a busy road to stay in a featureless building, TV in the room didn’t work, you could hear every word from the next room as there was a connecting door. A group of young people were hanging around the back porch area. Breakfast was mediocre, I was hoping for at least a cooked egg but it was just make your own toast or cereal. There wasn’t even proper cutlery, you had to use cardboard looking disposable plates and polystyrene cups. Felt more like a prison than a hotel. Would not recommend

The room was not what I had booked, there was mold in the bathroom and sink area, the wall paper was falling off, there was codwebs everywhere, the place was not clean at all!!!!

Phone didn't work. No phone book, no menu's for local restaurants or even a restaurant guide book. Very noisy after midnight with young people renting rooms and drinking and yelling in hallway till 3am. Should have older people in rooms where they don't have to listen to the noise. Should also have continental breakfast on the booking info not Breakfast provided.

Not a full breakfast but was ok. Room was very clean. Front desk staff good.

The room was big, though very old fashioned. Poor breakfast with disposable cutlery. We didn't come back on our next trip to Charlottetown.

Heating not working, door was jacked ammed and had to b lifted up to open, facility is in great need of internal and external upgrade, bed and pillows were in comfortable, not a good value.

Breakfast was very disappointing, Mostly carbs. Staff was not very helpful, I believe it was a matter of language. We had to repeat everything a few times.

Very disappointed with the room. We got a room for people with disability's, Don't know why, because we didn't needed and never ask for. The parking lot was full of wasps, not enough lit. At night there was a lot of noise in the hallways, drunk people were screaming. It is not worth the money for the location and what the hotel can offer.

The room was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub, there was crushed up food on the carpet, the smell of the pool is overwhelming and can be smelled through the entire building, It's definitely an older building that needs better upkeep

The location is great,the bed was clean and comfortable, towels and really nice shampoo were provided, the staff was friendly, desk was always manned

Kitchenette in the room which was very usefull. Unfortunately, the fan wasn't working and the kitchen wasnt equiped to wash dishes or cook properly. (Good thing we had our camping gear in the car.)

Not updated. They came to clean out our room ( and knocked on our door) at 9am. Check out time was at 11am. Then they came knocking on our door again at 9:40am to clean our room again. Had guests sitting outside in the front entrance steps smoking all day and evening. Was very intimidating
