There was some noisy neighbours after hours. Hotel staff “Peter” was helpful in dealing with this. Also room shower handle broken. Said it would be an hour wait for staff. We asked for a new room and this was given.

Cost of the parking was unexpected. Would have liked to have free coffee in the lobby or room service. TV did not have a guide so didn't know what you were watching.

Basically the tv channels are in French just a few news channels in English. When you came at the hotel nobody greeted you.

The location is amazing, restaurants. Subway, train station , ice rink, Christmas market everything just walking. The room was clean. The price is fair

Front desk staff was helpful. The security guard at the parking location across the street was exceedingly helpful.

I wish there had been another comfortable chair in the room, not just the desk chair. The in-room coffee and tea were terrible, especially the creamer! Yuck. I had trouble getting the TV to work (low battery in the remote). It's great that Best Western took it over, and they've obviously decided to go down-market. They've done a good job except for a few details.

Location was great. Staff was great. Room was clean, equipped with some amenities. Check-in and check-out were smooth. A good budget choice in an area of town where there are lots of hotels. I remember when yours opened in 1967 as the Sonesta. Quite fancy then, with a garden patio café.

Our first night, there was no parking available so we had to drive arond the city after driving all day from Fredericton. Other than the parking situation out stay was the very best. The staff was so friendly they felt like friends after the second day. The bed, bathroom and view was great. The only complaint was parking and no breakfast.

The staff at the front desk wasn't very responsive when I checked in. He seemed busy with other things instead of taking care of my registration.

Great location for an event at the Bell Centre. Walking distance to old Montreal as well and very close to Mont Royal. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

There was nothing not to like. Perhaps, if I must point something out, maybe the rooms could use bigger windows. I stayed on the 15th floor, and didn’t really get to appreciate the view because of the smaller windows. But that is entirely an architectural issue. The services and the staff are amazing.

The staff is absolutely marvelous. Everyone at the front desk, from Garo, and Elizabeth, to Samuel; all of them went one step further than they needed to, to make sure I had an absolutely amazing stay. They accommodated my requests for housekeeping even after hours, they also excitedly helped me with my Halloween costume in the middle of the night. I will definitely be staying here when I return next.
