I woke up with a mouse in the room at the middle of the night. I couldn’t reach any staff because was really late so I had to sleep with the mouse running all over the room. In the morning, I told to the recepcionist who didn’t even say sorry, so I’m super disappointed with my experience.

It was a really comfortable room. It seemed clean at first.

The shampoo packets in the bathroom were too hard to open. They did not have a slit to make it easy to open. I didn’t have any scissors either so I couldn’t use the shampoo. The water pressure was OK but not great. The water took a long time to get warm.

It was very cute and vintage. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. I liked the ceiling fan which helped me sleep.

There is a odor; like smoke that is probably in the carpets, walls and fabrics, but you get used to it.

I liked the possibility of free parking. I was lucky to be first and a spot was available. I also decided to park the car and not use it. I didn't have to leave my key since I wasn't going to block anyone. For as old as the building is, it was clean. It is close to a metro station and the walk to even Old Port was only 30 minutes

It reeks of cigarette smoke in the entire building. Stated that there is parking on site but when we arrived we were told it was full, so had to find street parking.

I didn’t like the fact that if I had to use the hotel parking lot they required my keys to move my vehicle if necessary and wouldn’t accept responsibility if they hit anything while moving my vehicle. luckily I was able to park in the street for free on the weekend.

The location was perfect! Once I parked for the weekend I didn’t have to move my vehicle again, was able to walk everywhere. Friendly staff as well. Some of the google reviews stated that they had a shared bathroom, since we had a double room that wasn’t an issue thankfully.

The location is great. It's walkable to many cool parts of town and very close to a train station on the green line. We also appreciated the staff being available and accommodating. We selected one of the shared bathroom rooms and never had any issues accessing it. Our room had a sink in it and excellent AC.

We were on the 3rd floor walkup which was not communicated during the booking process, was not an issue for us but accessibility could have been better communicated in case we were not in a position to deal with the stairs

Location was amazing, very friendly staff, room was good for our needs and comfortable, private bathroom with good shower. Fun character to the old building. Unfortunately we were staying during a crazy busy weekend and the prices were very inflated, but at the usual price I would say great value for money considering how good the location was. We didn’t drive so it was great how close to public transport it was.

No water coming in the 3rd floor

I was a little nervous of the area around the property. My car had a lot of things in it since I was moving, but there were homeless people sleeping right behind the building, next to the parking lot. Nothing happened, but I was nervous. The bathroom was also cleaned to a bare-minimum standard. The walls were very dirty and there was hair and dust around the toilet and the shower did not feel clean enough to use.

The staff was very friendly, kind and could answer all of my questions effectively. The location was good; central yet easy to access. What I paid for was really accurate; nothing more, nothing less.
