Thin walls, air conditioner/heater needs updating badly, slamming exit doors... could closers be adjusted?

The whole experience was very nice my family and I loved how clean and organized the room was. You guys actually thought of everything that the family needs in one room, excellent work.

There is a bad smell of muld in all the common spaces, especially in the aisle of each floor. The quality of the breakfast is low.

The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions at Niagara Falls. Close to the wego bus and to the main streets. Room was at 7 floor, very clean and beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was an added fee at the end. I forgot what it was because I'm writing this review a month later but it ended up being more than I originally thought. Can't remember if it was parking or something else. But it threw me off guard because it was never explained beforehand. The other thing I didn't like much was the graffiti writing on the wall across the street. Made me feel like I was in a ghetto or near a homeless shelter which I wasn't and would never have even thought that If I didn't see it.

I enjoyed pretty much everything. Breakfast was legit and respectable. I expected worse like just cereal and juice. The waffles made it a great deal. Easy access to the pool was nice. Close to the falls. My kids were very happy and comfortable and that's all that matters.

Parking Charges $20 per day i stayed 2 days so $40 extra for parking.

Everything was good i was just amazed they do charged us 20$ per day parking fee. Normally the hotel we stay parking is included. Anyways rest all was ok.

Great value, excellent location. Pool was loved by the kids. Elevator smells like mold- they need to fix that. Used the coupon that came in the room for My cousin Vinny’s restaurant next door and it was FIRE. So delicious, would go again. Breakfast at the hotel was expected breakfast food but they have lots of staff standing and watching everything you do while you’re getting your breakfast. It was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was absolute minimum, not a lot of choice. And the breakfast area was PACKED and too small for the amount of people this hotel hosts. The staff sat everyone next to strangers because there weren't not enough space, not enough tables. Disgusting part was the pool, oh God, it was like the water was never changed or filtered in 2 years!!! Super dirty, and no life guard or staff on site. Some people went in the jacuzzi and pool with clothes, and no staff would tell anything, like there's no rules when using pool!!! So disgusting. Our fridge was not working I told the manager on duty a few hours after our arrival and her response was: put your stuff in the balcony or in bucket of ice! We were there 2 nights and they didn't even bother to change the fridge.

The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.
