It would have been nice to have had a second chair in the corner, (by the window), of the King room for guests to sit in. Would have enjoyed a better selection of tv channels. Unfortunately, the pool was down while we were staying for a week, as was the cash machine in the lobby. We also lost money in a vending machine for snacks and there was no pop machine on the second floor even though there’s a sign saying there is. I’d also say that the hallways could use a bit of an update, colour scheme wise.

Comfy king bed, love the washroom with the heated floor and toilet seat! Fridge, microwave, closet and we asked for a kettle so I could make tea. The lobby is lovely, the staff are always helpful. There is a laundry room for guests and the restaurants are VERY good!

Children running up and down the hallway until after midnight. Pop machine wasn’t fully stocked. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Tub wouldn’t drain. Hair dryer and bidet barely worked. No microwave. For the time of year, it could have been cheaper

No bath and corner front suites are noisy with basically the elevator going through the middle of your room.

Size of room was great. Like the restaurant and lounge and close proximity to other restaurants etc.

Arrived at 16.00, had a long day, got up early in fort St. John, did a job there and then drove to Prince George. No room available at 16.00…. Had to wait 1 1/2 hour to get a room. Check in is at 15.00. They said they had late check outs. When I got a room I was told that it was an upgrade… but it was a regular room, just had one bed in it.

I always say that this is the best hotel in town, and hope that my experience as explained below was a one off

Felt like I would have liked more info. I appreciated the environmental efforts but some basic elements were missing. I needed to ask for a hair dryer. The battery was dead in the room safe etc.

Comfortable bed. Resources were supplied when I asked for them.

It was not the hotel's fault but too many homeless people wandering around.

Decent hotel for a short stay. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff, excellent location in the heart of the downtown at walking distance almost everywhere.

We stayed 4-5 times with you guys. we always requested room on top floor with view. as well always like the cleanliness part. but this time i felt like our request was ignored. I was told that they r busy and dont have any other floor available.But I felt that staff member didnt even try to look at that if there is any top floor available. This time not good staff service.

The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and could not be turned off.

Very noisy blower system made it hard to sleep. Breakfast menu in hotel restaurant was mostly centered around hashbrowns.

The doors were small and difficult to bring the luggage carts into the elevators and rooms.

The bidet toilet is a novelty you have to try. The room on our second night was much better than the first and very clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool was large enough to do laps (15m long) and clean. The pool change rooms were the best I have seen. The parking and hotel location are relatively secure and accessible.

The hallway smelled like a casino and the hall carpets were worn and soiled. Their were large dogs in rooms on the same floor. The room smelled a bit like a smoking room although we asked for non-smoking.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Novel bidet toilet.
