It was still a little noisy, but that was from other guests, not the hotels fault.

This was my second time here. The room was clean, just as before. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The toilet did not work for the most part. It was leaking water and there was a garbage can placed there to catch the water. Definitely overpriced for what it’s worth.

I only have one complaint, the breakfast sausages had a strange 5$ to a case taste about them

Nice, quiet well run place. There was ample food options in the breakfast room and the friendly helpful staff stayed on top of refilling everything in a timely manner. The 2 Uniformed guards outside my room 24/7 gave me a strange Welcome to Kabul feeling I didn't expect at a Comfort Inn in Canada. On the upside those lads were very friendly and helpful.

It was awkward to have at least 3 security all the time in the corridors (why?). Hotel prices in Laval are mysteriously high—although Comfort Inn is better than I expected, a hotel of this category would not cost the same even in New York.

The room is big and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big, always clean, with a very good shower. Bring your own toiletry — shampoo, soap, everything. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

I thought the carpets were kind of dirty but I just left my shoes on. Bedclothes were clean and so was bathroom. That was the most important things

Breakfast room NOT minimal “bagged” snack Front desk staff were not very customer-service oriented NO coffee/ tea service in room No service for same or higher rates

Hotel was super clean and renovated, good bed, linens, towels etc. The BATH was dangerously slippery. Only a “breakfast bag”, many restaurants are open so it was disappointing that Comfort Inn chose not to open the breakfast room. In addition - no coffee/ tea facility in room which is a low-cost frill. I had knee surgery and it was inconvenient to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee in a small disposa le cup. No housekeeping, another Covid excuse: zero risk by contact in making beds when occupants are out, clean up bathroom etc. My toilet clogged: I was asked to go to the front desk to get a plunger...... Full rate with no service, I found the front desk staff a were short with me- not very busy and computers “slow” according to clerk, 10 mins for one creditcard transaction?? I’m paying the same rates or more for greatly reduced service in a utility hotel . I will be making another choice next time

Very nice hotel in the heart of Laval. Lots of free parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the Covid situation, they did the best they could with breakfast by offering a choice of take out options, including egg sandwiches. The staff were cheerful and helpful and there was good coffee in the lobby.

Super unprofessional and unfriendly ❌ The Breakfast was HORRIFIC (not even worth the money) don’t let them fool you with free breakfast, it’s basically a frozen muffin, banana + fake juice ❌We we’re a couple and they put for us only 1 shampoo and conditioner/ no body wash
