The screen door did not lock, and therefore, I could not have the window open as I was on the 1st floor. Very unsettling.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also very much appreciated

Hotel seemed a little dated, and was a little pricey for the style of the rooms. We did stay on a weekend, and the hotel was fairly busy and noisy.

The beds were comfy, our room was clean and fairly spacious. The bathrooms were lovely! Great location, driving distance to many resturants.

Only one complaint was the shower There was absolutely zero pressure and I did not like that . The water was just trickling out A different showerhead would’ve made a world of a difference in a more enjoyable shower

I like the fact, breakfast was free. I like the fact there was no fee for parking a vehicle overnight. The hotel room was good in size. Everything was within close proximity.

The property is placed back on a quiet crescent. We found Newmarket to be a busy area with Go trains we loved the location as we heard nothing yet were close to everything!

It would have been useful to have had an elevator in the building. Also, there was no protective rail attached to the wall inside the bath to assist people having a shower.

All members of staff treated us with the utmost courtesy. Nothing was a bother to anyone. Breakfast was adequate and rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room was cramped and difficult to move around, Even before the second chair arrived.With only one chair we requested a second one so we could both sit down. The desk clerk delivered one promptly

Not much amenities like mouth wash, or separate soap for the showers for $200+ a night. There was also a conflict with the staff as I checked in. I had a personal conflict prior to my stay where I had left my physical ID at another property, however, I had a photo and video evidence of my ID, a health card, credit card, vehicle ownership… and only the gentleman assisting me was accepting my health card along with my credit. The lady beside him was insisting this isn’t acceptable, even after the gentleman showed her notes written in a book by a previous staff member. I found this very unprofessional as all front staff should have the same knowledge and be on the same page with what their company policies are. Other than check in, everything else went smoothly.

Great location near highway and shops, restaurants etc. Great location when travelling with pets as the rooms where they are available are on the ground floor with patio doors! Comfy beds!

It was hard to find the ice machine. The breakfast bar was out of coffee and orange juice. Staff got more coffee, but told me that if I wanted orange juice, I could buy one in the lobby. I thought that was rude.

Staff were friendly and responsive. The placed looked new and fresh. Check in/ checkout went smoothly. Everything worked. Not under construction.

The one end of the hotel, from outside, looks spooky - curtains in disrepair creates derelict feel to that end of the hotel(exit to Tim Hortons side). Hallways are very dimly lit
