The room is on the small side. We could hear the voices from the next room through the interconnecting door. There is only the door and window on one side, so it can be stuffy inside. It smells like an old motel that's gone through decades of cleaning cycles. The breakfast provided is minimalist - don't expect too much.

It's a decent motel, clean, a bit dated but functional and acceptable.

Everything was as expected. Spacious and clean room with comfy bed. Furniture was little bit older, but it was ok. Room also contained little kitchen with some supplies.

I recently stayed here and unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast included in my reservation. The website clearly stated that breakfast was included, but the reality was far from what I expected. The breakfast offerings were extremely limited, consisting only of tea, coffee, and a single type of pastry. I had anticipated a more diverse and substantial meal based on the information provided during the booking process. As a guest who values a hearty breakfast as part of the overall hotel experience, I found this aspect of my stay to be quite lacking. I believe it's crucial for the hotel to accurately represent its offerings to avoid such discrepancies between expectations and reality. I hope this feedback helps improve the breakfast experience for future guests.

Continental breakfast? It was an apple/orange, juice/coffee and a danish. That's all. Worst breakfast buffet ever. Just remove it from your website. Also, the cleaning staff's carts are very loud rolling along the pavement outside of the rooms, especially starting at 5am.

Comfortable and clean. This hotel was picked for it's price and convenient location and it met its expectation.

breakfast was less than some of the previous reviews suggested (ie: mention of eggs, toast, etc,, whereas muffins, apples, and prefab sandwiches were all that was available). Room wasn't fully as advertised, although I accepted it (room description mentioned a couch, but there wasn't one)

Only thing I did not like is that I arrived midnight on 10/22 Sunday and I left on Monday at 4 pm , so I stayed less than 24 hours, yet I got charged for 2 days because I was told that I should returned keys before 12 mid-day . I explained that I arrived at midnight and I was in conference but still I got charged for 2 days , at least , I should get partial credit not full price.

I arrived almost midnight to check in , desk staff was so polite , explained everything in detailed . Really first impression makes you feel good.

The inconsistency with when rooms will be cleaned. I believe the front desk agent said I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, but the signs in the room said that it will be cleaned every three days. My room was not cleaned after the third day/night. There were also loud vehicles late at night/early morning in the parking lot. With said noises came smoke from said vehicles and it took a little bit to clear out.

The proximity to bus stops, convenience store, and local restaurants. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Location mainly. North Vancouver is a great place to stay, near Stanley Park and downtown. It is very easy to go to all the attractions in North Vancouver without traffic inconvenience. Good shopping nearby
