We are seniors. We did not know that there was no elevator. The air in the room was very dry. A humidifier might help with this.

The location is perfect for us. We know Truro. Bria checked us in. Do not let her go. She is a gem! Breakfast was excellent for the included cost.

It could have been cleaner. It was dusty and stuff on the carpet. They were running behind. The breakfast the sausage was really good. We cane at a bad time because we didn't sleep good the bed and pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and the ppl in the rooms around up kept us up untill 1am they were so loud

Firstly we were assigned the wrong room number, and that room was already occupied. Thankfully the occupants had propped the door open and we could hear them inside, so we didn't use our keys and walk in! The room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell, faintly like the inside of a hockey bag. We had to open the window to air it out a bit. The Bathtub had a trace of something reddish...blood?....near the drain, as though it had drained slowly and left a residue behind. The shower curtain had a musty smell to it. The bed was hard. The duvet was thin and the filling sparse, as if it had been washed and all of the down (or down alternative) was clumped. (Happy to think it might sometimes get washed, though putting it in a dryer with some tennis balls to break up the clumps might help.) There were all of two tissues left in the tissue box in the bathroom. I used one, my husband used one and that was it. So nothing by itself was "call the front desk" worthy, but it didn't measure up to the quality experience I have come to expect from a Comfort Inn. There were a lot of teams staying at the same time, but they were OK, noisy but only until 11, which is reasonable. The.breakfast room was crowded with them, but they were polite and respectful, we didn't mind at all.

The breakfast was good, although a fire in the toaster put it out of commission. Not a huge deal.

It was a the perfect place for us to to stop at on a road trip. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom. Great breakkie. Close to a Mall if you are after dinner. Value for money. Recommend!

It was clean and convenient for where I needed to go. I was really disppointed when I checked out & was charged $184.00 for a room with 2 beds. This hotel is comfortable but with no hot tub or pool I was not too impressed. My initial booking said the rate for my room was $148.00 which is more than reasonable. How they overcharged me by $40.00 a night is very strange to me. I paid my bill but would really like an explanation. The only reason I never disputed the bill is because I was in a rush to get to the airport. This hotel is not a Sandman Inn or Hilton so why the high pricing is beyond me ??

It’s not very soundproof,there are two young couple in and out their room many times and speak when they pass through the corridor,we can hear very clearly.

Good location.there are many restaurants around.and there is one “great tiger” supermarket,it is easier to buy something needed. Very good for short stay.
