We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaCall me old fashioned, but I like a bathroom door that locks. Especially when in a double Queen room. Parking lot seemed sketchy with lots of people walking around in it late at night (and in the morning).
Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included (extra option) was fantastic. Good shower.

CanadaThe snoring man in 303...oh right, that was me. I can't see a series downside to this place. Note, if you part in the lot, at check in they ask your license place so that security knows that the car belongs
The 5 block proximity to The General Hospital was convenient, the breakfast nook, the lovely Memories fine dining restaurant, the easy parking in the lot and The Italian Delli next door

Canadastaff at reception were not flexable. I still have authorized charges on my credit card of $470.00, $35.00, $1.00 and $220.00 I was told after final checkout after staying another day due to weather the remaining balance was $178.23. I was told they charge a damage deposit of $50.00 which was refundable. This is the first time I have ever been charged such a fee. Because of all this I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

CanadaEverytime I touched my card to my door, room 317, I would get shocked. The crap parking lot reminded me of people fighting over pool loungers at a resort. It's not a great area of town but a great place to experience Regina.

CanadaThere is as pee stains on the toilet, bottom of the shower was not clean. Parking was two blocks away in a not great area of the city and they expected a woman to walk alone. When I asked the very nice lady at the front desk if it was safe she said “Well nothing has happened tonight so far so let’s hope it stays that way.” I lucked out and a very nice man was parking in the same lot as me and he walked with me

CanadaThe room could use a little better lighting. Dark colours and limited lights made it hard to see things. When first coming in the light switch for the room was hard to find as it is not adjacent to the door but across the entry by the bathroom, Bed was very uncomfortable resulting in a very poor night sleep. Too hard, not your typical Marriott bed. It was hard getting a comfortable temperature in the room
The room was good. Bathroom was good. Clean. The light blocking shade on window was good. Large TV was a nice bonus along with an actual guide of what was on. Hardwood entry, carpet around the bed. Night light in the bathroom was a good idea. Breakfast smelled good as I walked by, but didn't have time to stop.
