The WIFI sucked. The view was non existent and it was loud when people walked upstairs.

The kitchen sink was loosely fitted and hard to turn on/off and one of the blinds in the living room was broken. The rooms are supplied with washer/dryer combos but you have to go to the front desk for detergent - why not just stock it for a few loads? Keys to all of the facilities have to be retrieved from the front desk. When I went to get the key to the gym I was told that it was in use (one at a time). When I passed by the gym I could see that the occupant of the gym was a staff member☹️. When approaching the front desk about this matter, they offered some options - “I can kick her out or you could go kick her out”. The way that was handled was really disappointing. You can’t have your fitness facility completely monopolized by a staff member. To use the hot tub, again you need to retrieve a key, for the sauna, yet a another key. Neither the hot tub or the sauna were hot. The sauna took 24 hrs to heat up and the hot tub took several hours. Lastly, we booked the dining room, which I will say is a great space. However, it was very chilly. After starting up the wood stove, we asked the front desk for some firewood. They spent a half hr looking for wood and finally delivered some fake chemical logs. Yikes!

The location and buildings are very nice. The landscaping is also nice.

the fact you have to reserve the hot tub, they only have one key and of course people fail to bring the ONE key back for the next reservation.

Loved the bed the privacy the bathtub and the nice corner unit. Was a really nice place. Steps from the beach which was spectacular.

There was no breakfast we had a kitchenette but the kitchenette was a bit too small with not enough cupboard space. We cooked every meal there except for one.

Our one bedroom was small given the exorbitant price we paid for the room. The 16% tax will make me think about whether I’d want to return. I didn’t like that guests had to book any of the amenities-gym, hot tub, sauna. It was very inconvenient. The hot tub looked work out and very small. The beach was very crowded due to a campground two doors down.

The property is on a nice beach. You could watch sunsets on the beach. It comes with nice silverware, dinnerware and cookware.

The only thing I noticed that was a negative was that some of the furniture was quite worn down .... could use a update on the furniture other than that it was perfect.

The beach was amazing the location was great! the apartment was fantastic loved having the two bathrooms washer/dryer everything was perfect! will definitely come back.
