The hotel has clearly seen better days and is in need of renovation. The ROOMS have been updated, though with budget finishesm so this is OK, but elevator is old, hallways were dirty, doors and stairwells not well maintained. Vending machines not well stocked and product stale. Also, “city view” room facing a concrete wall … should maybe just say “no view” and offer a discount.

Location. Easy to get to on transit, convenient location to what I wanted to do. Included breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

It's an older building so I was not surprised to find that my room was very small. The bathroom was clean but it is in dire need of an upgrade. A lot of street noise.

Perfect Location. Nearby to USA EBASSY. I had my visa interview so this is best option to stay nearby US consulate. Staff is very helping, they have computer internet printer for emergency use.. so this was very helpful for me to print documents.

It was very dated, the rooms were only half renovated. The main lobby is not very inviting, dirty windows, doors that barely open The elevator was scary as it shook when it was moving

We had to change rooms at 1am because the butcher & Bullock downstairs had a Christmas party that was so loud you could clearly hear everything in our second floor room. Luckily they had one more room available on the 3rd floor that was much quieter we could move to.

It was conveniently located and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a great size for the night.

The hotel was fairly dated, very noisy at times with parties and ambulance sirens from the street outside, but normal for the holiday season i guess.. Elevator really small and slow.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and, complimentary breakfast was a great touch.

When we arrived they were in the middle of a refurbishment and so a bit chaotic. The hotel is a bit tired but otherwise good, perhaps the refurbishment will change that.

Rooms x02 to x05 are facing the road. The windows are thin and the emergency services go all night. So avoid these rooms. Repairs in room (and there are many) are to a poor standard but functional.

This place is budget price and as such is budget accommodation. If you go in with that attitude you won't be disappointed. Great location. Has everything you need. Breakfast is basic but will kick start your day. Found staying there no noisier than the Marriott in LA.

Nothing really. Except for the key was a little bit difficult to use.

Breakfast was good. Access to the entire downtown was easy. We completed most movements on foot, and even went to the US consulate on foot. Great location.
