i was surprise that our room is not in the tall building thy put us in other side wing building when i ask why thy say that the only available really? i notice is not busy. when you book never say this room is on wing side maybe i consider.

we had decent room was comfortable and clean and quite and there is a small pool available it is really close to old port so you can walk to most of attractions with 10 minutes walk you can enjoy many bars , restaurants and art galleries parking was available which is really a necessity on that area really good choice if you visit Quebec city

Discovered black and pink mildew Shower booth calking and ceiling above the shower booth. Poor Bathroom ventilation should be monitored.

There was construction outside the hotel which was visually unpleasant. They were not able to give us adjoining or next to each other rooms although we booked it many weeks before.

The rooms were fine. The breakfast, which was extra, was fine. Nothing spectacular but good enough for what you paid for.

There was some renovation in the lobby, when we checked in, but it was quickly finished. The room was clean. The location was very good in a walking distance from the old town. The hotel has its own parking (paid separately) and it was convenient to leave the car there while we were sightseeing.

The beds were to soft and you rolled into the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable The rooms were so far away from the elevators. No so great signage due to the construction.

I would expect better cleaning. The floor in the bathroom was not completely cleaned when I got the room, a pile of hair was left at the floor, for instance. For the rest of the stay it was OK.

There was no room service and the only restaurant had limited hours. I assume because the hotel is being renovated.

The bed was very comfortable, especially the sheets. The AC worked very well.

The elevator system. The confusion of no front lobby when we arrived. The construction that blocks the front rntrance. The inconvenience brought by power outrage.

Property was a good except there were renovations going on so we didn’t know where to park when we got there and had to walk up a hill with all of our luggage. Other than that, we liked the location and the room was clean and spacious.

the staff at the parking garage were somewhat clueless. when I told them I was staying at the Delta, they told me that even though their sign said the lot is full, there were still spots reserved for hotel guests, so they let me in. I paid then drove through the entire lot without finding a spot, then had to drive around the block back to the entry and told them there were no spots. Then they said they would radio their coworker to show us where the reserved spots were. They did this and I parked. It would have been much better if they radioed their coworker the first time!
