Absence of a handheld shower (extremely important for my wife), high foam pillows (too high for my kids). The hotel is located quite far from Montmagny. Don't expect something extraordinary from the continental breakfast in the Motel (no fried eggs or bacon). The price in the peak season is almost the same as for a great 3-star hotel, so think twice when you book it at the time.

I would like to highlight clean and new facilities, comfortable beds, a microwave and a small refrigerator, as well as a separate bathroom and wash basin, which is really convenient for a family stay. Besides that, some of the rooms have scenic views of the mountains. Overall, it's a great 1 night motel if you travel from Oakville to Halifax with family.

I had requested a drive up room, and someone was in my spot and there is nothing they can do about that, which was very frustrating at night, with kids to cart in and a lot of stuff even for one night. I had to go park away from my room, this is something they need to deal with.

Upon arriving, at first glance, the room was clean until we had a closer look at the bed's flat sheet, I think how it's called. There were a lot of human or pet hairs (I dont know, see pic). I went to the reception and they gave me new sheets for ME to change. They could have at least do it themselves.

In general it was "good" apart and come with some breakfast too ( toast/boiled eggs/etc. nothing special but good)

We did expect that by July 2 the swimming pool would be open but it wasn't. The breakfast was very simple and easy to take away but mostly cold (toast, muffins, yogourt, cereal, cold hard-boiled eggs, coffee, juice). It would have been nice to have something hot like scrambled eggs. Another thing that might have been nice to have is a microwave in the room - to reheat coffee, or left-over chicken from St. Hubert, etc.

The room and facilities were very well planned and designed and the premises were spotless. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and it felt very spacious. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a roomy mini-fridge with a freezer section and there was also a capsule-type coffee maker. The staff was pleasant. The internet worked. The motel is attached to a St. Hubert so it is nice and easy to either eat in the restaurant or get take-out. There is a large grassy area for dogs.
