Kitchen staff was not good, we found them racist!

We got a suite, which had a pull-out bed. It's questionable when the bedding on that bed was last changed, as the blanket had a weird odor. Also, my oldest son used a public bathroom off the hallway. It had no doorknob, and someone actually locked him in there. So not only could he not get out, he couldn't get out even if it wasn't locked because there was no doorknob! And to add to his misery, someone had gone to the bathroom in the other toilet stall and blocked it up. He was not a happy camper. Thank goodness for cell phones, and he was able to call us for help.

It had an indoor pool that my kids were able to use in mid spring, which is usually too cold for outdoor pools. The room had a huge jetted tub, that my kids put to use. The room had a nice large television with chromecast so that we could easily log into our streaming services. Staff were so very nice, and checking in/out was very easy. An 11 am checkout was also nice-- no feeling rushed to get out the door.

Dissatisfied with airport shuttle. Departure given as 15 and 45 past hour, but shuttle left 5 mins early on both occasions, leading me to miss it and stand in the cold in my shirtsleeves, having just arrived from Bangkok. If I was running this shuttle, (I am a retired hotel manager), it would leave on time, every time. Poor excuses by driver: "We can't wait at the shuttle stop if we arrive early". Not true; one of their shuttle busses waited 20 minutes while I was there, on charter to China Air. Room was generally OK, but I don't think anyone had oiled the bathroom door hinges since the place was built. If I had been traveling with my wife the creaking would have woken us up as one went to the bathroom at night. There were floodlights in the car park outside the room and the curtains didn't pull quite closed enough to blank these out. A common problem with hotel bathrooms is the washbasin tub plug allowing the water to drain away while one is shaving. This hotel was no exception there. When I was managing resort hotels I put a strong emphasis on the room service maids looking carefully for, and reporting, any small deficiencies for follow up by maintenance department. I rewarded them for every sub-optimal thing they reported, and this is a great way to stop small problems like these from accumulating. The bed was much too soft for my taste and was so low that it was almost like a mattress on the floor. Difficult to get up from. Last time I stayed here I was upgraded to a junior suite, and this was fantastic. Not quite so satisfied this time, but the foregoing are not real reasons not to stay. The price was good and the services generally acceptable. Book a junior suite if you can afford it and you'll have a great stay.

downside to this location is that entrances were a bit confusing at first. Also, it would be nice to have an additional free breakfast option.

I liked the fact that it came at a reasonable price for a big family. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. It was close to airport and was easy to find.

The pool was not good. The hot tub area had no towels and not a single chair to sit. I also did not like that i was charged a fluctuating rate for my room. I paid $300 more than what my reservation was through booking.com

The bathroom didn’t smell clean. It smelled like someone had used dirty mop head that had been sitting wet for a while. Stale. Had to lift the toilet water tank to flush a few times because the chain kept coming off

Would have reviewed as excellent if it weren't for the shuttle driver taking me back to airport who offered no help with my 2 large bags and simply dropped them far from airport entrance and drove off leaving me to hoist onto cart with my 16 month old baby in hand, which was not easy and nearly ended in my daughter having an accident

The rooms.cpuod be more modern. It felt a bit cold and not welcoming.

I ended up here after having a canceled flight. Unfortunately the hotel provided by Air Canada was disgusting. I quickly looked for another available hotel. I chose Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport. I was skeptical at first. When I got there I had the pleasure of interacting with Christopher during my recent stay at the hotel, and I can't praise him enough for his exceptional service. From the moment I approached him for assistance, he was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient. One instance that truly stood out was when we were discussing some inquiries I had about my stay, and suddenly a delivery man barged in, interrupting our conversation with a question for Chris. Without skipping a beat, Christopher politely asked the delivery man to hold on and acknowledged that he was currently assisting a customer. It was refreshing to see such professionalism and respect for my time, as well as the recognition of the importance of customer service. Furthermore, when I unfortunately lost my card key late at night while grabbing a drink from the vending machine, Christopher swiftly came to my aid. He ensured that I regained access to my room promptly, alleviating any stress or inconvenience I may have experienced. Beyond Christopher's exceptional service, I must also commend the hotel's lobby. It is impeccably clean and beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Additionally, the convenience of the airport shuttle service was a lifesaver, making my travel experience seamless and stress-free. The rooms are not anything special, but it is good value for the money. In conclusion, Christopher's dedication to providing outstanding service, coupled with the hotel's impeccable amenities, made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-notch experience. Thank you, Christopher, for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay.

Minimal supplies in the kitchen. Had to go outside to get to the hot tub after using the pool. Should have been paid for through Booking.com. Company was paying. Was told that wasn't able to happen so had to pay with my own card. Minor inconvenience. I will now have to get reimbursed.
