Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool is nice. However, there are no change rooms in the pool and gym area. The pool area is very industrial looking and the area could be made more inviting. The air conditioning units on the 2nd floor rooms are noisy when they come on
the room was very clean and the bed was great. Customers should be reminded when booking that there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Customers travelling with pets should be encouraged to book rooms on the ground floor. The breakfast room staff are very nice and ready to help you with any special requests.

Great staff and very accommodating front desk. We had a bathroom door locked situation caused by us. The front desk immediately provided an option to change room and resolved the issue when maintenance team was available and we managed to get stuff locked inside. Also we were late for our breakfast but the staff managed to provide breakfast items in boxes for us to make sure we get it... Electric level 2 charging was a great plus for us. Great to have your vehicle fully charged before you leave in the morning! Rooms were very clean and whole hotel was very clean and pleasant place to be in.. Highly recommended ! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

The pool was a bit cold. The shower in 1 room #254 was slow to drain. Thought the ad stated that there was a hot tub and a pool.

The key machine was not working so the receptionist had to let us in our room several times. whe was very apologetic and accommodating in making sure we did not feel like we were bothersome in any way.

Didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator. Difficult for mobility issues. Had I known, I may have requested a room on first floor.
Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Fitness centre very good. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.

Our family went down for early breakfast. Dining room was absolutely disgusting. Beer cans everywhere, pizza boxes, half eat pizza slices on tables along with half eaten bags of chips. No attempt made to clean up the night before party before breakfast patrons arrived.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Belleville, and while I had high hopes for my visit, it unfortunately fell short of expectations. Room Experience: My room was located on the second floor, which was quite inconvenient as there was no elevator in the hotel. This made hauling my luggage up the stairs a hassle. Additionally, my room was located far from the entrance, which added to the inconvenience. Noise Issues: One of the most significant drawbacks was the noise level. Early in the morning, I was disturbed by the sounds of trucks and trailers parking nearby, which made it difficult to relax or get any rest. Connectivity: I had brought my laptop with the intention of finishing some work during my stay, but I ended up relying on my mobile hotspot for internet access, as the hotel’s Wi-Fi was not up to par. Overall Impression: While the hotel may have some potential, the lack of amenities and comfort made my stay less than enjoyable. I would recommend considering other options if you are looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Door knob in bathroom needs repair ( very loose. Faucet fixture in shower needs replacement Poor lighting— just a couple lamps provided in the room Rooms are outdated Complimentary buffet breakfast constantly running out of refills from food to plate wares

I was only staying one night and the hotel fit the 'bill'. Close to the highway and places to get gas. Swiss Chalet is close by!. For an old hotel, it is in good repair.

The bathroom was very small and the shower lever was stripped and very difficult to get it turned on or off…..I reported this when we checked out in the early hours.
The room was very nice, bigger then expected with a sofa and TV in one part and a comfortable bed and TV in another part.
