Wish bed was a little more comfortable and really could use my spots to plug in. I have a sleep machine but couldn't use it due to no plug thing on my side of the bed. I'm use to lamps have that plug. Plus has to plug my phone into bathroom plug

The price was right for our budget. It was in a good location spot.

Seems a little dated. The walls are very thin. We ended up on the same floor as a hockey team and they were yelling and slamming doors late into the night

Cleanliness was not up to the mark in the rooms. They didn’t change the bed sheet while they came for room service. They just put the old sheets which was in the floor.

The pillows were stained and kinda gross , we definitely didn't sleep with them. Definitely, cleaning staff isnt vacuuming under the bed. I checked under the beds to make sure my kids didn't leave anything and a lot of garbage left under the bed.

Some hot breakfast options would be nice.

The room had all the basic ammenities and there is a microwave facility and soft drinks to pruchase if required. Breakfast was same daily. Location wise it is pretty convenient to reach Clifton Hill in a few mins and the area surrounding the hotel is good as well. Free parking is definitely a plus.

Tight with parking. Not the best for trucks. I don't drive a truck, but one was blocking me from getting by. They should let people know that if they have bigger vehicles that you can enter from a back street where there is additional parking.

1. Parking. Not much even in the back. We would leave for an hour, and all spots would be gone. 2. There were a few homeless people hanging behind the building. 3. The hotel smells like heavy perfume air freshener. There were 4 right in the elevator as well as a bunch on the walls in the hallway. 4. The Jacuzzis tub hair black hair stuck in the jets when we got there 5. There was minimal dim lighting in the room. 6. The sign out front was smashed in. I'm not sure why, but it looked terrible 7. Tub had really bad staining around the drain. 8. The toilet ran, and the tap dripped 9. Pressure in the shower wasn't ideal, but that's because of calcium buildup on the spout 10. Hair on bathroom floor upon arrival 11. Coffee in the breakfast lounge was very weak. Almost like water, same with the juice, very watery 12. Waffle maker had thick black residue on the grates, could use a good scrape off, didn't really affect the waffles, though. It just wasn't nice to look at. 13. Our debit card got stuck in the ATM. It took 5 minutes to get it out after we reset the machine 14. There is no water in the vending machine, only soft drinks and nestea

I liked the breakfast. The waffles were good, and even though it wasn't patio season, my husband and I enjoyed sitting outside. The gas station and McDonald's right next door was amazingly convenient. The Wifi was great. Nicely decorated. Decent hot water for long tub soak. A/c and heat worked well. Nice staff, it seemed like a family run hotel. Breakfast was well stocked with hard-boiled eggs, fresh made waffles, apples, toast or bagels with a few condiments, little muffins and powdered doughnuts, yogurt, cereal was crunchy, milk was cold, hot chocolate, expresso, French vanilla I think. The cleaner was in while we were at dinner.. we didn't put the sign on the door for cleaning, so i wasn't expecting them to come in while we were gone.. but no big deal. They made the bed nice, the blanket and sheets were crisp and white, and there were no stains.

The bed unfortunately wasn't that comfortable. The springs were noisy and I could feel them starting to pop out of the sides. The pillows were almost hard. The bathroom needs a nightlight it's so dark during the night I had to put the light on to see. Not great if you want to go back to sleep, and it disturbed my husband. The sofa in the room was impossible to sit on comfortably. The cushions were all caved in at the centre.

This hotel has improved a great deal since my last stay a few years ago. My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless, I appreciated the toiletries and hairdryer. The continental style breakfast was basic but all I needed to start my day. I appreciated the free parking. This is a great budget friendly option

bad smell in the hotel. very old hotel. we could hear our neighbors when they snored, we could not rest. poor sound insulation.

🇺🇦 The hotel is satisfactory. The smell in the hotel is bad. the staff leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is modest. Parking for the mache is free and the waterfall is a 20-minute walk away.

Just some rooms need the doors to be fixed. Some checking for balcony doors. Everything else are good and rooms are nice and clean.

Early coffee was made available for me on several occasions. My room was upgraded to king room. In one of stays I was transferred to bigger room without additional charge for peace and comfort. Rooms are clean.

The hotel is very dated and needs a lot of fixing up. Carpets are very dingy. Room seemed like something from 1960. Wish breakfast was served until 11 am on weekends. We didn't get to sample it.

It was a great location. Parking was free, which was helpful. Check in was seamless.

The contential breakfast was not a thing, both waffle makers were out of service, no other hot options except to toast bread or bagels and hot cereal. Much more a grab and go style breakfast with cereals, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast and bagels.

The location was convenient, the rooms themselves were clean with comfortable beds and the staff was nice.

For this getaway we had little time. Wish more time was available.

Have stayed there previously .Was like coming "Home". Polite, Professional Team, Efficient staff at check in and check out . No fuss and speedy check in. This was off season , hotel and city was quiet ( which is what was desired) . Breakfast was functional.Missed their amazing waffles :) ...Next time perhaps!! Facility is very clean and well maintained.
