Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI noticed in one of the bed sheets there was a drip of blood and on the second bed to the side of the matress cover there was another drip of blood I could tell these sheets were not changed at all I brought my own sheets I had to put mine instead. Bathtub was Dirty as well.
The room had great amenities coffee maker fridge and microwave. Breakfast was excellent in the restaurant the hotel provides.

CanadaWashroom taps needed to be updated. Shower was unable to be regulated and water was hot. People could get burned. Hot water tap on sink was very stiff and unable to be regulated as well. Sink was stained.

CanadaTraveling with a pet I would have rather had a room lower than the 8th floor, although my dog handled it with ease. My problem was getting her crate as it was probably larger than most people carry with them.
Didn't get to sample breakfast as I checked out prior to it being set out. The Front Desk staff and maid staff were superb as they got me into my room very early. I can't Thank them enough.

CanadaRoom had a pungent, funky "wet sock" smell near the door once you enter. There was hair (from a previous guest, maybe?) under the toilet seat. No water filter to fill up our water bottles.
Excellent breakfast - plenty of options and tasted great. Bed and pillow were good, room was quiet. Shower had good temperature and pressure. A/C was working well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Keurig machine with decent Van Houtte coffee capsules in the room, as well as a microwave and a mini-fridge. Plenty of parking spaces. Easy to get to Montreal (~30min drive).

I have had excellent stays in this hotel in the past. However this time I was disappointed because I think they took the “Covid” advantage. In the past I’ve enjoyed a really good hot breakfast in the dining room. This time breakfast was a paper bag that was rather rumpled giving the impression it was used. The breakfast was adequate but there was no coffee. I was told to make it myself in my room. I was there for 4 nights - only two sachets of coffee were placed there and no one entered my room for any housekeeping during my stay. I was told I had to ask for anything I wanted. Also I don’t enjoy coffee with powered whitener. There is a fridge in all rooms - you would have thought they would have placed milk/cream in it or offered it in the bags. There is a coffee machine in the lobby at $2. a cup. I think at least a free cup from this machine should have been offered each morning if they did not want to make coffee. I so missed smiling wait staff who would be ever at hand filling your cup as you ate a nice hot breakfast. All the restaurants in town are servings meals in house. There is no health reason why they could not have done so.

CanadaConstruction starting at 6:30 AM. Like seriously most people stay in hotels want to be able to sleep! Hire a company willing to work 10:00 till 7:00 . Most people wouldn't mind being woken up at 10:00 even 9:00 or 8:00 but I mean come on 6:30 till 4:30 a little more thought about the customer goes a long way. And the extra $25 a night for Friday & Saturday over booking.com original quote overall not happy
The location was good fairly easy to get around town and back to the hotel. Speaking English was not a problem in the hotel or most of the surrounding stores

CanadaThe pool was not operational, which was very disappointing. The hotel definitely needs upgrading, the rooms are shabby and unfortunately, the windows don't open.
The bathroom was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had good quality items, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
