The bed was so uncomfortable I'd have rather slept on the floor. Washroom was not clean. Avoid at a costs plz do not stay here it's not worth it. Save your money

Location was convenient and close to downtown Montreal but other than that nothing else was worth it

The sheets and the towels were full of stains. The blankets had holes in them. The neighborhood is quite sketchy. Also very noisy, you can practically hear people talking/screaming all night. I would not recommend unless you're really desperate

The place is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. When we arrived the room we had booked was not available which is absurd since that is the reason we booked. The rooms have a musty smell, there is little light, the beds are in bad condition and the place is not clean

The room was unhealthy. How can I describe the bathroom... this was disgusting: dirty toilet, dirty bath, mould in the bathroom, air conditionning didn't work. I didn't recommend this place so far.

It was cold, heating at max but the heaters were barely warm. The steam from the tub heated the room and by the time morning came, the room was cold again. Burn holes in blankets and some furniture.. whirl pool jets weren't very strong. The bed felt like an old hideaway bed.. No place to hang jackets or coats smoker room with no ashtray...

For the price, you get what you get. So I can't complain about that. People were very nice and in no way is it a nasty complaint. Just giving my thoughts. Nearby my house so hubby and I can get away from kids without spending too much.

Very sketchy area, occupied by even sketchier occupants. The sheets have stains and burn holes in them, the room smelled of mould, nothing was clean in the room. I had to pay an extra deposit for the tv remote, ac unit remote and extra for my dog. The AC unit flooded my room and I had to change rooms. The next room wasn’t any better. However, the night clerk did resolve my issue with the AC unit promptly.

EVERYTHING. The place is not only gross and overpriced but it's also equipped with the nastiest witch of a receptionist (Murielle) just for added flavour.

Would've had a more comfortable stay if I were sleeping in the metro. The place is ABSOLUTELY disgusting! There aren't enough words to accurately describe the level of filth! The place is a bed bug galore that smells like a sewer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The room was not cleaned, the sheets were not cleaned. There was hair and a shopping receipt from the previous occupant in the bedsheets. The staff took an hour to get new sheets, which were stained and full of cigarette burn holes.

This place is clearly a dive, fully of sketchy characters with illegal activities happening, clearly rooms also have hourly rates for a reason, some of the exterior boarded up, some furniture that should have been inside… was outside. Couches and tables on the sidewalk, carpet in the parking lot. The pool area was closed, overgrown and full of trash… and some poor souls clearly lived there on a regular. First thing we did was look for bed bugs. Then we took our dog for a walk in the centre grassed area and in the bushes was garbage like old dog crates, jerry cans, broken plastic patio chairs, bikes, bottles full if you know what, etc. My friend ended sleeping in her car. In the room, with the window open to hear what’s going on outside, my husband slept with his feet on the floor next to the door with his shoes on in case we heard any disturbances outside with our vehicles or if our friend blared her car horn for any reason. The blankets had burn holes, the TV remote didn’t work, when tuning on the TV manually it would only stay on for 2 mins and then shut off, the telephone in the room did not work at all. We heard lots of yelling overnight and got out of there first thing in the morning.

Nothing, this place is unclean and not safe.
