Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The food in the restaurant is not the best we have ever had. In fact, on this trip we chose to drive to Wendy's for a salad.
The property is very close to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, clean and very adequate for an overnight stay.

Were told the shuttle to the airport was full the next morning & we would have to take a taxi. Fortunately another driver showed up early & took us to the airport to catch our flight.

The staff were friendly. The waffle making station for breakfast was honestly worth the stay. The location was next to the airport & perfect for a layover. Though not close to downtown Calgary, it was a short Uber ride to a nearby massive outlet mall. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle, which was very convenient for us. Really enjoyed our short stay here!

Source of light in each room needs to be white LED, not soft/warm white. Property manager need to consider installing a few more lights, so your guests can “see better” in the room.

No microwave inside our room. For travellers, it is really important that we have a microwave inside the room. To be fair, we loved everything, it's just that the first thing that we are looking for in a hotel is a microwave. I hope in the future they will be able to provide it for their customers.

So close to airport especially our flight was cancelled after arriving from UK. Garth at the front desk was amazing and really turned our horrible evening around for us we were exhausted and not happy to be stuck in a blizzard not going home! He let us know about the Hilton rewards and staying extra hours the next day for a very reasonable rate so we could rest since our flight was not until very late the next day. It was quiet, clean and close to airport for a very good price. Highly recommend this place!

There is no option to take breakfast to go on weekends, there was no information about that so we were disappointed as we had an early flight. Also, I think paper coffee cups wrapped in plastic bags are not a good option and not eco-friendly, better to have normal cups, like some other hotels have.
Very nice and friendly front desk agent, the hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle.

We got 2 rooms. The carpet in one was stained and worn. Recommend replacing.
The location was convenient to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent and the driver went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was really good. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Allowed early checkin which was helpful.
