We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe little fridge did not have a freezer on top, all my frozen food thawed out. The exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud, high pitched squeak, needs replacing.I let front desk know and it being Friday evening, maintenence didn't get to it on the weekend. Hot tub was out of service and drained. The room was dark, 2 lights in full room, no windows to outside. Price of room was more than we usually pay , do to we got booked later and very few accomadations available to book at.
Free hot breakfast. Beds where very comfortable . Nice and quiet in room. Good location,

CanadaIt’s not a motel where you drive up to your door, more like a 2 storey hotel. Although clean, it’s pretty old. Room lights are extremely dim, there’s no handicap button pin the main doors or auto open for when you’re bringing in luggage. I had to call for a quick repair on the toilet as the handle didn’t work.
The location was great, and a restaurant attached.

CanadaThe hotel is quite dated, and the rooms could use some upgrading, and better towels. The carpet should have been vacuumed before and during our stay. Not as clean as it could be.
The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, cooked to order in the restaurant. Delicious eggs, pancakes, etc. The beds were very comfortable.

CanadaThe Hot Tub was out of order. The Gym could have had a working tv,towels and water in it. This is just a suggestion from other stays at hotels. Front office staff could have been a little more outgoing.

CanadaI did not get the room I booked, when I asked the front desk about it, I got moved to what I would call a worse room. Once again at check out I confirmed what I booked to what I was given, they then corrected it and refunded me accordingly. Little frustrating it took two rooms and three people to get that.

CanadaMy biggest complaint was that I couldn't open my window since it looked out to the indoor pool. I wanted to let fresh air into the room which had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. It was really strong in my family member's room. People have clearly smoked in these rooms despite it being a non-smoking facility. As a non-smoker 'm sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke. It's disappointing to pay for a room with that smell and view.
The breakfast was great! The waitress was great too! The hotel looked clean and tidy.
