Excellent location and amenities. Room was spacious and well laid out. Restaurant is excellent with great food and attentive staff. The gym and outdoor lap pool with hot tub were a much appreciated bonus. Outdoor patios are also lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Minor issue - folks using the pool were a bit loud after 9 pm, and our room overlooked the pool.

Liked everything. The breakfast was the most beautiful I have ever been served. Bed was superb. Location very convenient to the bus and train lines. No need for a car or even Uber.

Parking situation was ever-so-slightly confusing, but they account for this with helpful instructions. Food portion on the smaller side, at least to my American sensibilities ;)

Room was nearby excellent pool and hot tub. Restaurant had nice options and high quality service. Very attentive staff. Room had high-quality finishings and was immaculate.

Not so a much a 'didn't like', but it would be good to have the option of a less thick pillow. I found the ones on the bed a bit too thick and propped my neck up if I laid on them properly. Not a big deal though.

The room was lovely and clean and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. We had a package delivered to us prior to arrival and the staff held on to it safely for us until we got there.

The room service was fast and friendly, but the quality of the desserts we ordered was underwhelming. The molten lava cake was not fresh and seemed as if it had been reheated in a microwave. However, the vanilla ice cream that came with it was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at L'Hermitage. First and foremost - amazing bed. So comfortable and I haven't slept that well in a long time. The staff were efficient and friendly and the atmosphere and location were great too. Loved the lap pool. We had a very happy stay, would return and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were exceptional. The room was amazing and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I can't say enough. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in! Everything was within walking distance - dining, shopping, attractions.

The location of this hotel is so central and close to great cafes and restaurants as well as tourist destinations. The hotel has bikes to use so we were able to access bike paths in the city and cycle around the Stanley park Seawall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the pool and hot tub. The staff are so helpful and friendly. They made our stay effortless. We loved this hotel!

There is nothing we don’t love about L’Heritage

Love this hotel, it’s absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are beautiful and clean the beds are luxurious and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and spotless. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and sports/concert venues. We love the pool, hot tub and steam to recharge and unwind. The incredible helpful and kind staff are the added reason why we always choose this hotel when staying in Vancouver. :)

This is a great location especially if, like me, you are coming in by train from the airport as it is easy walking distance. It is also a short car ride to Pacific Central station where you board the Canadian train. You are spoilt for choice with shops and restaurants close by

Fantastic hotel in a good location. We were lucky to be upgraded into a suit which was stunning with all the amenities required. We used the gym, pool and hot tub which were all really well equipped and maintained. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Vancouver.
