I don’t like the fact that they had so much security because of the refugees / immigrants. It made my children feel unsafe. As a family we could not use the lounge space at check in. Unfortunately there was constant loitering in the entrance and at the elevators. Having to wait for conversations to be finished before moving out of the way for paying customers to use the elevators. Very frustrating

One of the manager was very rude as I wanted to pay with a debit card. Although, their policy requires a credit card, I contacted the hotel via the app weeks before travel to query if I could pay with the debit card. I received a reply assuring me using a debit is fine. On arrival at check-in, I was told no and that the app has nothing to do with them. I was spoken to rudely, and made to feel so unwelcome. Other than that one manager, I found the rest of staff to be very polite and helpful. I had an issue with the shower, which they rectified almost immediately.

The room was clean and a good size. Beds were really comfortable.

It took 20 minutes to complete the check-in process, which was annoying. I arrived at 2am, so not the best time for customer service, but I still feel it took really long for the staff to find my reservation.

During our stay, neither of the elevators were functioning which caused a bit of stress as we were on the top floor with two little kids. It was hard going up and down with them. Also the room was booked for 4 people but they didn't provide enough blankets and towels and face cloths for us all. We kept having to go down to the front desk and ask for things because no one was answering the phones.

The suite was great to have when traveling with little ones and the free breakfast was actually quite delicious and filling. I also liked how they have a free coffee and tea station right at the check in desk that you have access to just about 24/7. Helpful for parents.

Housekeeping staff standing outside our room talking very loudly on her phone for 15 min before 9AM on a holiday. It was disruptive. Only one functional elevator, we had to take the stairs from 1st-6th floor every time. Bottom of the stairs is littered with junk and smells bad. Semi-permanent residents crowding every entrance and exit of the hotel, making it very difficult for guests to walk through. Their children scream, clap and run at our dog when we are entering and leaving the hotel and we had to tell them on multiple occasions to not harass the animal. Their parents are either nowhere is sight or do not say anything. It has made our stay quite stressful, especially when forced to go through the narrow stairs with these screaming children blocking the path and trying to touch the dog. We would have appreciated a warning prior to booking that the hotel is now housing permanent guests, and hope that the hotel will warn them and the children not to frighten any future dogs staying with you.

Clean rooms. Dog friendly. Front desk and security staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was complete, coffee was good. Good location. This is our second year staying with you for Christmas.

The day we checked in (Thursday) there were alot of people loittering around the parking lot and lobby. Kids playing at the back parking lot. Staff didnt seem to mind. I am not entirely sure if this is always like this, but the next day, it was more of the same. I didnt enjoy this part as after a long drive, I just want peace and quiet, not hear parents screaming at their kids, kids screaming playing and running around. I am not sure if this is a one time thing, or normal, but I will certainly not book again to find out.
