Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

coffee maker didn't work, luggage cart were no available even we asked for staff didn't get it for us, we arrived around 1 am we didn't have room keeping we have to ask and get after 4.00 pm . we couldn't book through the website because was unavailable when tried several times, therefor couldn't get member point, but not only that the water was for sale ( 2 bottles of a quarter for 2.50) I really dint like it also the front desk guy charged us 100 for deposit with out our authorization , let us know after the charge , we were more comfortable to pay cash and get back at the end of the stay as we had a previous bad experience in other hotel. last one I forgot my phone at the front desk, called immediately and ask for it ( from my room) the guy said yes its here, so my husband came to pick it up and because was locked did not get it in first time and the guy called me to ask for my password I found it very unprofessional. He would never ever ask for any password for any client. He knew was mine, he saw us, were the only clients there it was around 1 am. i called to ask and describe the case and phone. anyways my 2 cents
Bed was comfortable room was clean when we arrived and comfortable, was high floor so very convenient, we didn't hear any noise

Free water only for members with certain status, took really long to wait for the shuttle. More than 30 minutes, other hotel chain came twice in that time.

The heater in the room was noisy when cutting in.
Stay was quite comfortable. Was only in town for a seminar so was only looking for a place to sleep. Everything was good as expected.

The hotel lobby where the restaurant was located was freezing! They doors open wide and everything is exposed. There was a small lounge area across from the restaurant with a fireplace, but that was not working and when we inquired about turning it on they said it was broken and the heater was also broken. This was disappointing because we were stuck there due to weather and wanted to get out of the hotel room. We are were at the airport and there was no where close to go, so the lobby was the only choice and it wasn't comfortable. We asked to sit in the restaurant to have a drink that weren't allowed unless we ordered food. You could only sit at the bar and that was full because it only had 4/5 seats. Seems pretty small for an airport hotel
The room was clean and larger than expected. The restaurant was good, but overpriced. It was great to have laudrny on site but that was also overpriced.

Rooms seem old, poorly lit and drabby. (They were, however, clean). Very difficult to order room service (they just don’t answer). TV’s need to be upgraded.
Proximity to the airport. Pretty good restaurant. Very nice staff.

Getting the shuttle from the airport was frustrating. Calling from the airport you get a recorded message because the desk was busy. Perhaps they could ADD another recorded message that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. This would eliminate the need to keep calling over and over.

Sad as there was no hot water for the day I was there. It was being attended to, but I never got to experience a hot shower...
Location. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the food. The facility is absolutely beautiful. And also the 24/7 airport shuttle.

Not sure about other rooms, but in my room in particular both the front door and the bathroom door were very hard to open?? There were times I had to give several hard tugs to open the front door
