Poor service for a airport shuttle bus took 1 and half hours wait.

We waited for almost an hour for the shuttle to come to the airport and some people had waited longer. Two other hotel shuttles had already made two trips by the time your shuttle arrived. Therefore we were really packed in and there was not enough room for everyone. Not sure why this happened.

The breakfast and dinner choices were expensive.

the front desk staff were fairly dismissive. I was directed to the lifts for my room however Level 1 is actually the ground floor. No assistance with luggage from the front desk to our room. The room opened onto the car park and was an accessible room which we did not ask for.

The service by housekeeping was excellent. A light was out and they repaired it immediately and brought a 4th pillow. Only 3 were in the room on arrival. The two shuttle drivers that we had were both exceptionally helpful and very friendly and professional.

Good value and excellent location. The restaurant service was very good. The dinner options looked great but execution was just ok. We requested a mobility friendly room and the front desk was very responsive and helpful. And their shuttle drivers were excellent - This was a stop over on our way to a cruise ship and the accommodation and location were just what we needed.

They did not give breakfast and I had to pay for parking which was not supposed to be. And we faced discrimination because they assumed that our room was making noise which was not true. The front had to come twice upstairs to our room to reprimand us. We were not happy about that.

I like the place, it is nice and clean.

The bedsheets were dirty. You can tell they did not change the sheet. The pillows also smelled like sweat. But overall the quality of the room was good.

The employees were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

Very frustrated and disappointed with both the hotel and Booking.com. the hotel stated they had parking available BUT Booking did not allow me nor did they state it needed to be pre-booked. The Hotel did not allow us to add the parking even though their lot was empty. We discovered the issue at check-in and NO cancelling anything without the 100% penalty. Finally they agreed to allow the cancellation but then the room rate jumped. The hotel said I made the error, they did NOT help resolve the situation. Booking.com directed me back to the Hotel. Extremely stressful and horrible experience before leaving for 5 days.

Breakfast was NOT available at our checkout time and the Hotel did NOT offer any options to provide coffee or even a granola bar. The waiter at dinner was great in comparison.

Most hotels I have ever stayed usually would offer complimentary tea or coffee in the lobby especially if you arrive late and the restaurant is closed. I also requested a wake up call for 430 AM since I had to take the shuttle at 5:15AM, but I never got that wake up call, so when I checked out at the desk I mentioned to the gentleman I didn't get my wake up call he said it wasn't until 730AM. MY question is if the gentleman put me down for the shuttle at 5:15 then why would I have a wake up for 730 AM? It would of been a disaster if I wouldn't of set my phone for 4:30 AM.

The room and the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable.

We asked for a wake up call at 2:15 am. We did not get it. Luckily one of us woke up at 2:45 am. We tried calling the front desk and the phone were not working when we got downstairs they call the shuttle for us. No apologies.

In House Guest Dienst receive complimentary parking. in addition to that I find a voucher for only three devices to connect to the internet is pretty poor.

The entire staff is amazingly friendly. The proximity to the airport is pretty good. It’s definitely a good choice if you are just passing through.

The orange juice tasted watered down. The price of the continental breakfast was expensive at $19.99 and I think it should have been included in our stay. Also…the room was nice with comfortable beds, but the linens were very slippery. The bedding kept sliding off our beds.

We had the continental breakfast…there was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from, including some hot items. The coffee was very good. The seating area was modern and clean.

Not cheap, but reasonable value considering the free 24-hour airport shuttle and on-site amenities (e.g., bar and restaurant); we just made it under the wire to catch a meal before the bar/restaurant closed at 10:00 pm - it would be better if they could stay open for another hour or two.

Free shuttle from Trudeau airport, located relatively close to the airport, restaurant and bar on-site, server in the restaurant was a delight.

24 hour shuttle service!!! restaurant for a night cap was wonderful! My server Nathalie was fantastic! Very welcoming and friendly 💗 Breakfast next morning was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had!! Such great service from all employees - and unexpected surprise with 5 star food and service!

I have to wait for more than 1 hr 20 min for the shuttle at the airport with my 4 y/o daughter after a 9 hr flight
