It just happened that we were tired and went to bed early but our neighbours did not. They were loud and up partying and the kids were running in the halls and knocking on doors. Very noisy. Next time I will know to take ear plugs. It is an older hotel and the rooms are showing their age. This is my complaint in all hotels, the bathroom toilets are too low. Much lower than a normal house toilet. When you renovate, keep this in mind. Your guests are not getting any younger.

There was hair on the ceiling in the room I had, some stains down the walls and stains on the carpet. The chair in the room was very worn and outdated.

The property was in a great location for many things. Restaurants, shopping snd great highway access. The common areas were very clean. The staff were very friendly, engaging and accommodating.

There was mass amount of children at the pool and hot tub which didn’t allow us to go in and we lost our on using all the amenities which we paid for

I was very surprise to learn that I had booked a pet friendly hotel and then was told that there is a 25.00 charge? 1st time I have been charged extra.

Front desk person was not very friendly and didn't even let us know the wireless password and had to call down for it. The wireless connection was horrible, wouldn't stay connected for longer than a few seconds before having to sign in again so I didn't bother after 10 or 11 times. Parking was limited so had to park way out back. Only 1 elevator in the main tower so had to wait quite a while to go downstairs.

Bathroom very out of date. Shampoo and conditioner and soap smelled like rotted fish. Tv didn’t work even after calling front desk and the guy telling me to unplug it for 15 seconds. Door looked it had been kicked in.

The room I booked was a king suite however it had no wifi in the room since the router couldn't reach that far. I needed wifi for my 4 day stay and the staff said they could move me. When I moved, I was placed in a queen suite, which I agreed to, but I was disappointed there was no lowered rate because the bed size wasn't the same. They said they couldn't give me any price change and I just sucked it up.

The staff were very helpful and understanding towards my issue with the room.

The whole room in Itself felt like I was staying in a motel. The carpets and furniture were dated and felt musty. The remote control for the TV was not working upon our arrival but a replacement was brought by staff quickly.
