The door on the side didn’t have key access, and the hotel clients should not have to pay to park in the lot.

The wifi wasnt working at all. I couldnt connect to the IHG wifi that was given to me.

It was a great stay. The rooms were clean and modern. Thats all I needed! The breakfast was also good enough. TK and Harsh at the counter were very helpful and great to talk to.

The housekeeping wasn't the greatest inside the room and also outside the room. When we got to our room and set our bags down to open the door, I noticed a lot of mess on the carpet. Inside wasn't as bad, but the jacuzzi tub was not fully cleaned on the inside. I had to use a face cloth to remove the sticky stuff left from the last patrons. For the price I definitely expect a much cleaner area, also the bathroom wasn't in great condition.

The staff was amazing. They were so sweet and willing to help in any way.

Our cards to our rooms continuously stopped working and we kept needing to go to the front desk to get them redone (multiple times a day).

Beds were comfy, service was good, breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed the hours for the pool.

Room was very cold despite trying to adjust the thermostadt. Had to call the front desk and they offered a plug in heater which made it much more comfortable.

The breakfast was great, the beds were comfy, and the staff was fantastic! However the location was not ideal as far as feeling safe. There was a lot of broken glass in the parking lot and it made it hard to find a spot to park where there was not broken glass. The property itself was great though!

Couple lifted floorboards in the room. Could have been because it was the jacuzzi suite- humidity- not sure. But that’s just being picky. Stay was great

Upon checking in we were greeted very politely by-I believe a TJ or TK. We were taken care of- asked for a crib and they had it ready to go. Very clean and comfortable.

Poor soundproof. I could hear constructions outside at morning in the 6th floor and the vacuum on the floor by housekeeping .

I did not enjoy seeing your staff (RAJ) at the front desk abused by a transient woman. I came down to pick up some cutlery and was waiting for Raj to be finished with another person at the counter however, this "person" did not have a valid room key and him and his "partner" were clearly trying to get into a room that they did not have any business being in. When Raj stood her ground, and checked her system, it was clear that these people were trying to get into rooms that they did not occupy even though they insisted that they had their things in the room. The woman in this "duo" was clearly a drug user and the man was clearly...availing himself of her services. Now, I know I am downtown and some things are more common. Raj kept cool and was firm but professional. When the woman, starting screaming obscenities and racial slurs at Raj, I could not hold hold back and told both of these transients who were clearly up to no good, that it was enough (i used more colorful language than would have been acceptable for Raj) and that it was time to leave and to get the **** out and that their type of language was totally unacceptable. They left. The time was approximately 9:45pm. Raj was understandably shook however, she kept calm, assured me that she was alright and that the doors would be locked at 10pm however, more can be done to keep your staff free or harassment! Make the doors lock after dinner hours so that ppl have to be buzzed in. I know that this can happen any time of the day however, it was dark, there was no one in the lobby at this time other than Raj until I came down and it was a situation that could have clearly gotten out of control. Raj was a rock star and she would be commended on how she handled this situation and herself.

I really liked your front desk attendants and feel that they did an amazing job. The breakfast was a little blah but was alright nothing epic. The rooms were clean, the pool was super busy. I was there on business.

The price is just a tad little bit high for a Holiday Inn Express but most HIEs don't offer balconies so I guess you get what you pay for in this world.

The breakfast was pretty good. They have an automatic pancake machine which was super fun. The coffee was nice and strong too. My room had a fridge and microwave which was super convenient. The room was clean and I really like the balcony. It's so nice to get the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful skyline. The staff are super helpful and supportive. My fav hotel in downtown Edmonton with really high value for money. Be sure to ask for a balcony room at time of check in, you'll love it.
