The shuttle service was delayed by almost an hour after a 14 hour flight. Staff argued angrily after we complained. The room had awful electric wiring and a bed lamp was missing. Corridor was not clean.

The rooms where adequate and the beds were comfortable and clean. The showers were good. Breakfast was good.

Only complaint would be the shuttle driver in the morning to the airport. When we got to the van he was on FaceTime with friends/family. We loaded up our luggage and got in and were waiting. We asked if there was anyone else we were waiting for and he seemed put out that he had to get off of his call. When we got the airport he pulled over and we got everything out and left. The driver the evening before was excellent! Not that we aren’t capable of loading and unloading our luggage just a little help would’ve been appreciated. We tipped the driver the evening before as he was very helpful.

Was on the ground floor which was great but the sliding glass doors need to be replaced or serviced. Very difficult to open and close. Could not open all the way.

Location was great for a night before a flight out of Toronto Pearson. Staff at front desk were very nice.

The internet went out the next morning and it was going to take hours for the fix. This was due to the weather, however, I need reliable internet for work so I had to leave earlier than planned, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very clean and comfortable and felt good to be in. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is quite noisy, unfortunately. You can hear planes passing overhead from early morning onwards and every word that is spoken in the hallway.

Great value for money! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It takes about 15 minutes to get there from the airport.

1: The bathtub stopper was malfunctioning in Room 158. We reported it. It was then very late at night, just after we checked in. A replacement stopper was brought and replaced. Thank you. But we didn't have to do that. You should do a safety round of checks weekly if not every day. 2: The bathroom door was squeaking. With a couple sharing the room, it meant any time one got up to use the washroom, it woke up the other sleeper. I reported this to the receptionist in the morning, and even suggested it simply needed a WD40 spray on the hinges, The receptionist took note. Thank you. But as we were booked for two nights, the problem had not been fixed by the second, late, night. At check out we reported it to the room attendant who made a note of it. Thank you. When we repeated the issue to the receptionist, she said she noticed a can of WD40 was placed in the reception. She said she didn't know why till we reported the matter again. (They were two different receptionists.) I wonder if whoever placed it there wanted it to be given to us to spray the hinges ourselves. Thank you. 3: When we came down to check out, just after 9:30 a.m., on New Year's Day, the breakfast room had already been cleared. Thank you. We thought since it was a holiday the weekend hours would apply. And I think you should add this to your breakfast schedule; Weekends AND holidays. A slightly late breakfast would have helped us on our drive back home on a cold morning. Our loss is your gain. Two breakfasts. Thank you. 4: It didn't take us long to realize you are accommodating new refugees/landed immigrants who still don't have placements. Thank you. They are practically your residents, even though temporarily. But you should maybe pay a little more attention to travelers who choose QIS to spend a night or two as your guests. Even a corner, perhaps, reserved for them in the breakfast room would be ideal. I would, if I were to make the decision. Thank you.

The facility didn't have a trstuarant or bar on site, and since I visited in winter, I had to go to nearby places for lunches and dinner. A 10% discount coupon was offered for Kelseys's and Montana's grill though I didn't take it.

We stayed at this location twice, when we checked in we were told 7-10 a.m. for breakfast, when we were leaving we were told breakfast was 6:30 to 10 a.m.. On our return stay we were told 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast. The room was clean, but in need of some updates. The lamp beside the bed was suppose to have two light bulbs, it had one, the lamp shade was peeling, the wallpaper was starting to peel

Being misinformed regard the included breakfast. When we checked in we were told breakfast was 7 - 10a.m.and because we were leaving at 6:45 on the shuttle, we could have a grab and go breakfast. When were ready to leave we noticed that breakfast was available before 7, and we would not be given a grab and go. With 5 minutes before the shuttle was to leave, we had no breakfast. When I complained at the front desk, I was told that they didn't know why we were told 7, but to help ourselves
