Would prefer a traditional coffee maker (coffee pot) - always find it difficult to make a good cup of tea in the individual cup options.

Airport to hotel shuttle was great - on time, polite and helpful driver. The buffet breakfast was great, but the food was very good, and made it TOO tempting to eat more than we should!

When you pay with a debit Visa card, they put the safety deposit in hold for 5 business days, not make sense because they can put your money faster than that

The fan on the heating unit was noisy and ran continuously all night.

We live a long enough distance from the airport that when we have a very early international flight we stay overnight near the airport. We have tried several hotels but intend to return here next time. One of the factors in choosing this hotel was proximity to a restaurant where we intended to eat. In the end, after checking it out, we ate at the hotel and were happy that we did. We even returned to the bar later for a nightcap. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The cost was competitive for the location. Access to the airport was super quick.

The room was poorly sound proofed and I could hear every single thing that went on in the hallway and the room next to me. I like a tea in my room in the morning, but it was not restocked for the first two days.

Shuttle needs better signage along with the two Holidays inns. its easy to get off the shuttle at the wrong one. very frustrating at 11 o'clock at night in the cold.

Desk staff on our arrival did not give us the info required for our stay...forgot to mention breakfast hours, didnt ask about parking. Then at breakfast time they told us we were too late for the included breakfast but let us chose from the menu at no charge. Noticed at check out there were HST fees for the breakfast which was never told to us. Second morning we were rudely welcomed to the restaurant as we only had 10 mins left for breakfast. Felt they were throwing us out...

Location for our event was perfect, food was amazing, hotel staff was very nice, room was very clean, accomodating staff for a website mistake.

I saw a cockroach in the elevator, which was concerning. And the hot food at the breakfast buffet was too cold. The turkey sausages were hard to chew because they were over cooked. But I made it work.

The property was very nice looking in the lobby. And the room was nice as well. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was great. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the staff at the desk were also fantastic. They helped me immediately when I went to them with requests. The staff made my stay very enjoyable and I would 100% go back. The shuttle service is also excellent.
