How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

i don't think you spend enough time CLEANING in the rooms. not just changeover service, actual cleaning. examples, kitchen floors were sticky, cutlery not clean. also, stayed on 6th floor/ top floor / there is something on the roof that makes noise 24/7, as noisy as an idling truck.

the carpet in the hallways are awful. they smell so bad, definitely needs a thorough clean. overall the rooms are outdated.
we got 2 bedroom suite. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

Too expensive.
Great location close to Hwy and shopping, but still quiet. Rooms are very new and in excellent condition. Comfy beds. Lots of free parking.

There is nothing at all I can say here... I liked everything about this place.
Great place for sure. Nice hot breakfast. Very clean, Beautiful room with hot tub. Definitely be back.

Credit card did'nt work. I called my credit card company, and they said its on the merchant's end. Tried 5 times it didn't work. Funny part is that hotel was booked with the same card but when comes to payment time it didn't work. My suggestion to other customers is that if you dont want to get embarrassed in front of your family and friends, please make sure you have enough money in your debit card.

Extremely clean, well maintained property. Comfortable, quiet, and with professional and friendly staff. Stayed in the suite with a hot tub and fireplace, definitely got value for our money. Location is good, lots of restaurants nearby. Good hot breakfast. Appreciate having free wifi & parking. Will stay again. 100% recommend. Special thanks to Lisa (the maid) who took care of our room. She was thorough, professional and courteous. Had to compliment her on her skills & making us feel at home.

.I specifically picked this hotel for the jacuzzi Suite as we were attending a wedding close by.. I was looking forward to it all week. Poured the bath and attempted to start the jets and NOTHING!!! Leo attempted to start it. Still nothing. Very disappointing. I think I should be reimbursed for the hassle and disappointment.
The staff were great. Leo and Marie were fantastic!! The room was giant and clean. Breakfast was great.

Beds could be better quality. A little dated but lots of amenities to make the stay comfortable.

I kinda missed cheese during breakfast, but that's mostly a habit thing. Although we had a dishwasher, it would've been nice with a sponge to do some of the dishes manually (pans/saucepans). I'd also appreciate a kettle, but warming up water in the microwave worked just as well. I'd also appreciate being able to open the windows.
We liked that there was a pool and a gym/fitness room available, the pool was relatively warm, there was a cold shower there and washroom available. Since we had a car we greatly appreciated the free parking, and the fact that we could bring breakfast meals to the room and pack lunches/eat there was very nice (breakfast is on rotation too! Not the same every day). It's also nice that the kitchen had a dishwasher. Loved that there was an AC in the room. The sofa-bed was more comfortable than expected.

If you really want an airport hotel this property is a bit far from Pearson (20 min drive)
Spacious rooms with full kitchens. Good breakfast.
