Far away from the village

Suite was as described and suited us to a tee. Very clean and well laid out suite. Location of Horstman house is great - quiet, forested, ski trail leading to it, shuttle a few metres away from front door, electric car charging station at a reasonable rate in the garage, very helpful staff who really know customer service - kudos to them!

Great property. Very quiet if you’re travelling with your family. Shuttles runs every 15 minutes so you don’t have to drive to the village

The furniture in the condo was a little dated and slightly worn out. There were a few lights in the condo that did not work.

The finishings are a bit dated. If it is specifically for skiing, would be nice to have been a bit closer to the village, but nice also to have a little more quiet and room as there is here

Parking is VERY tight in the garage

Distance to the ski hill but the buses are very convenient and easy to figure out. Also the hot tub was quite Cold one night and no staff to contact after hours. We later found out that they empty the hot tub once a week and refill so that was why.. think that was a Tuesday.

We were so pleased with our accomodation. So much space for a family of 4. Our apartment was on the front and had upstairs downstairs so we could put the kids to bed and still watch a movie downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal and the bus service was great with a stop right out front. Hot tub and pool was a big bonus as well.

I wouldn't say this is a complaint by any means, but more of a growth area - I think the toilet paper could be better!

Horstman House is brilliant - great amenities, great location and the room size is incredible - I doubt there are bigger or comfier rooms in Whistler!

I interpreted ‘double bunks’ to mean two sets of bunk beds; have never seen two double beds stacked atop one another as this unit has. So that was a bit less comfortable for the kids sharing beds. Additional standard consumables for a 3-bedroom unit would have been appreciated (coffee, salt & pepper). The carpeted entry was hard to keep dry with so many sets of wet boots.

Beautiful location with trails and forest surrounds. Good access to the free public transit shuttle right in front of the building, great hot tub, room was fully equipped for a family stay and quite spacious for a condo. Having the key code for room vs key cards was very convenient for our big group.

Check in process was via email and a little complicated. Code to access the main building and room was very long so hard to remember.

Our room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful balcony view of the forest behind. There were abundant amenities including a lovely hot tub and pool. Staff were prompt in responding to our queries during our stay.

The only fault I could see was the way bookings had to be closed and then a new one made each time, which appeared to make the process more costly.

I loved the location and the coziness of the apartment.. Infact I decided to stay longer twice when I took on an additional project.

The one complaint I have about Horstman House is that all of the beds are covered with an awful waterproof mattress protector. They make the beds hot, especially in the Summer.

The location, I've stayed here a number of times before.. The suite was very comfortable and I have extended my stay.

Could use some Dawn soap, and dish clothes and towels as I like to do my own dishes. Over all, pretty nice place. Is my 3rd time there and will definitely visit again. Thanks so much!

Location, across from Lost Lake and all the hiking and Nordic ski trails. It is a beautiful place, quiet and Peaceful!

Nothing, everything was absolutely great!

Very comfortable stay, spacious room (fully equipped) at a super location in Whistler! We stayed outside the busy season and therefore it’s was a great deal. We definitely book it again!!
