The beds were the worst I have experinced in a hotel. Unreasonably stiff and uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, common areas and rooms clean. Breakfast was standard but good. We stayed in a 2-Queen bed room and the beds were equally as stiff as sleeping on the carpeted floor. Poor nights sleep definitely took points off an otherwise pleasant stay.

Understandably being on the McLeod trail, but it was super noisy, I found it difficult to sleep. So if you can't tolerate noise, this place probably isn't right for you. Also the bedroom was always uncomfortably HOT. Even having the aircon on for long enough to cool down the entire suite, it didn't take long for the room to get hot and stuffy again. Not enough amenities, definitely need larger sized shampoo and conditioner bottles. Possibly even invest in body wash instead of soap aswel.

The slide was so much fun..not going to lie, it was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint. Bed was super comfy and our suite was quite spacious. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good, waffles were great.

We were in Room 229 and a fan rattled all night long cutting in and out. It was very loud and woke us up several times.

The location is good for what's around, a good central area, because of the busy road there was frequent emergency vechiles with sirens as well as loud traffic noices, loud enough to sound like a window was open. It was an all around great stay, the last thing I didn't like was the final bill and the completed cost given by booking.com with thier completed cost taxes included it differed. The difference was $3, not much but makes a difference in your total budget when out of town. If you're staying with children there wasn't any free shows/ channels that were for kids, aside from sports. So if traveling with children I would recommend bringing something to entertain them.

I liked the welcoming and friendly staff, the included breakfast was beyond what is usual for normal expectations. It was a clean and good size room. I requested a non ground floor room and free parking and both were fulfilled.

I was travelling for work and was very tired by the time I checked in. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and despite being close to the main road it was very quiet. Breakfast had more variety than I was expecting, and the staff were very helpful.

Pool is so small, can only accommodate 4 to 5 person. The area is a little bit noisy as its along the highway, not good if you have a little one. Front parking lot is small Area is close to residential, people behind are noisy and shouting.

Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices. My son loves the waffle. Location wise is good, 7 minutes away from the area that I need to go. Staff are friendly. Close to Pho restaurant and some establishment you might consider for lunch/dinner.

Having stayed at dozens of hotels in the past year this one stood out for poor customer service and not the whole hotel in general, just the front desk staff.

I really appreciate a King suite with a nice couch and a separate bedroom and that is what this was.

The key cards wouldn't work in the back door to get in from the parking lot, had to get my key cards updated and switched out. And not the hotels fault but my car was broken into in the parking lot. The manager was very nice but sucks when visiting somewhere and you have to drive home with no window down the highway.

You’re not supposed to take breakfast up to your room. I prefer it but also there were no tables available the 1 day.

Likely the quietest place I’ve ever stayed. Clean & well-maintained esp. considering its vintage. Staff very respectful & obviously work hard to make the place the best it can be.

The front desk agent who helped with check in spoke very quietly and I had a hard time hearing them so when they asked me a question I would provide the wrong answer only because I could not hear. The lighting in the room was terrible and in the bathroom was even worse.

Parking was included, the pool, the vending machine variety, breakfast selection and location.
