The room was small and crowded and looked like one of the inside walls had once been an outside wall (blue painted stucco, and you could see where a staircase was once attached) . There was a full-size stove in the room right next to the bathroom sink, but there were no dishes to go along with it. The amenities in the bathroom were clean, but the walls and door were not. The AC unit worked well, but all of the buttons were worn off, so it was difficult to know how to adjust the room temperature. The bed was too firm and had very scant coverings with no extra warmer blankets in the room. There were lamps on each side of the bed but no overhead light to turn on when you walk in the room. I felt that the cost of the room was about $100 too much.

There was very little to no hot water for showering.

The room was serviceable for a one night stay after we had a bed fixed upon arrival - clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and attentive. It was easy to get to the hotel and good free parking. Air con worked well.

The room was in rough shape, the toilet didn't flush, there was no ice available, the breakfast was pretty meh, and there wasn't even coffee (no coffee!?)

Space between the air conditioner and the enclosure where all the moths and bugs came in. Air conditioner not working properly and it getting very hot in the room. Door handle and tap handle loose and hard to make them work. Very strong smell of old cigarette smoke lingering in the room. Breakfast was out of waffle batter and out of orange juice as well.

Downtown and very close to the hospital where I needed to be. Clean fresh smelling linen and towels, room overall nice and clean.

Drawers didn’t open, no plug for the sink, very thin walls allowing us to hear a very heated domestic several rooms away and other guests coming back at 0200 and playing tv loudly at that time.

There was a makeup stain on one of the towels, and the room didn't match the photos, it was a lot dingyer and not as clean as the photos make it appears.

Breakfast room was unorganized, fridge was dirty and not cold enough so we didn’t get anything from there. My partner and I had an accident outside the hotel, right in the parking lot. Someone hit our car. I asked the receptionist about the camera footage so we can file a police report, and he told me they couldn’t send it to me. Apparently, the cameras aren’t working.

The pictures advertised on booking.com did not reflect the condition of the hotel. Garbages in the hall were full and overflowing, glass ring stains outside hotel room door, the carpet in the room was dirty and did not look like it had been vacuumed, there was a used bandaid on the floor under one of the tables.

Overall the room was fine for a one night stay.

room smelled of cigarette smoke. did not feel comfortable eating anything out of the breakfast room. it was very dirty. mold in the orange juice, cold and most likely day old coffee. waffle maker looks like it has not been cleaned in a very long time, not that there was waffle batter, wouldn't of used it anyway. overflowing garbage in the breakfast room when i was the first person in. also garbage in the parking lot for the 3 days I was there did not get picked up. Quick overnight stay is one thing but would not stay for more then that again. I had to go get my room key reprogrammed every single time I had to open the door.

great location. get what ya pay for. I did appreciate getting a late check out to accommodate my child's nap.
