Different heating source. It was warm enough though.

We were close to downtown. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was well stocked. The tv was kind of small but it was ok. I liked having fridge and microwave. We didn't know there was breakfast if there was - not sure. It was a little more than what I wanted to pay but certainly less expensive that other places. Parking was a bonus. Free Wifi was good. Water and snacks in the lobby - nice touch. Lots of information on what to see and do in Kingston and surrounding areas.

Only one base board was working. Had to double up on blankets Had a delivery from Shoppers. Driver was stopped at front desk & was asked for ID which was uncalled for. No view of the city. Only a fence to look at & a street. Couldn’t get internet on iPad.

The room was quiet. Not ready at the time they assured me that it was ready.

Basic motel style room. A 20 minute walk from the waterfront and nightlife.

Clean with all ammenities. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Walls are a bit thin so can hear people next to you.

They have a machine that makes either coffee or hot water for tea at any time of day. It's great to get something after being out all day when it's cool. Also provided an extra blanket when I asked. They do provide a basic breakfast so you have good start before you go out. Mini fridge and microwave in the room as well.if you want to bring some supplies.

The WiFi was so slow I had to use data. No way to heat my to room. I had to call the front desk to get a heater. The mattress was a little uncomfortable. I think I was to soft. They offered way too much chocolate for breakfast. Last time I stayed there there was cereal. Basically could have used more options. The outside could use some work a lot of the concrete was cracked or crumbling. The tv was to small for the room. Half of the channels were visually impaired and had no way of turning that off.

The room was nice. Smelled fresh. Clean. Large. I have stayed at that hotel before and this room was much better! Love the retro design.

When we put the mat down to have a shower and then placed it back up on the tub to dry all kinds of long dark hair was in the tub (gross and not ours). Very noisy from others outside at early hours

Rooms were spacious enough as well as bathrooms. A retro 70's look but tasteful.

A great location for a week of walking to see bands play throughout Kingston. Bed is comfortable, amenities are pleasant, staff are great and very helpful.

The premises on the OUTSIDE need to be renovated to a more modern look for the price ! We are paying over 200 dollars for a room! The surroundings maybe are a bit disappointing , but unfortunately I understand you can t do much about that!

I really loved the fact the premises were very clean ...smelled clean too! No odor of mold, humidity nor cigarette!

The bed was not a queen bed, found the bed very small. Also the room was not $179.00/ night room. Maybe a $99.00/night room.

The wifi did not always work. The breakfast was skimpy.

The quality of the room, along with the location and ample parking made this facility a perfect choice. The cookies were fabulous.

Bathroom sink ledge is too small and no shelf near sink/mirror to put toiletries on. Exterior Howard Johnson's sign at road was turned off (11:30 arrival at night) so we could not find the motel
