The shower and washroom are separate and at different levels but not a big deal for short stay.

The part of town feels slightly insecure in the evening, as a solo female, but arriving back at the guesthouse by 9pm was OK, though I wouldn't really want to be out later. Cannot pay balance in advance or online which is inconvenient when travelling on business,

The Room was nice and warm etc. Owners were accommodating of my late arrival.

I think that a lot of the reviews don't do this place justice. If you're expecting a four-star hotel, this is not it, but it is a very nice bed and breakfast. The place exceeded my expectations. It is very clean, comfortable and the staff are super friendly! The location and value are also great.

Was odd to have a blackout shower curtain on the shower. Made it incredibly hard to see: I'd recommend a clear or cream/beige colour shower curtain. I can usually sleep very easily, but I did find that the bed was quite uncomfortable. There was no way to operate the aircon, which was unfortunate as it was quite hot during our visit.

Good price and a convenient location. Not completely central, as required a 15-20 subway journey to get to central, but otherwise absolutely fine.. Quick response when we had forgotten the pin to get back into the building. Met our needs as we didn't spend much time in the guesthouse.

It was quite basic. An old house converted to a bunch of individual studios. The bathroom was exceptionally small, especially after having to step up into the room.

The location was superb. Walkable to great restaurants right there off of Bloor St.

AC knocked quite a bit.

Location was good. Price was great. Manager/ owner was awesome. We arrived around 11 am and check in was supposed to be 3 pm. He got us into our room early. Much appreciated. Great stay. Recommend if your not in your room to much anyways.

Wifi was inconsistent. I was on the top floor and the furthest room from the office - and wifi was only consistent if I went out in the hallway and about ten feet from my room.

Good location, air conditioning was good. Bed was fine. Fridge was cold. Was clean but could use paint, new curtains (backing was torn). Was very good for our needs.

Very old shower that sometimes sounded like it'll explode, the room was straight to the road so had to have the curtains closed for privacy, room was cleaned once in 4 days.

Very nice stuff, it's midtown, you can take the subway or rent a bike to go downtown or to the harbour. I liked having a fridge in the room.
