Great view of Lake Simcoe. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to Casino Rama which we liked. I would recommend this motel and will definately be back again.

There was nothing to dislike. The parking spots and driveways were plowed and so it was easy to park infront of the door to unpack and settle into the cozy room, (even in the middle of a blizzard!)

The king room with balcony was spotlessly clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with clean white towels (which looked new) and shampoos and soaps. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were a great addition for our 3 night stay. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs for us to enjoy the winter sunsets and a glorious view of the lake and park. It was a perfect get away for a much needed break. Sue greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome and let us know that all stations on the TV were available to watch, including Amazon prime programs which did not ask for a subscription or password. The downtown core of Orillia was only a 10 minute drive away and lots of options for take out food and restaurants within a couple of minutes drive from the Inn. Tim Hortons was at the end of the street - just a short walkaway. We loved everything about Lakeside Inn and will definitely return in the summer with our grandchildren. Thank you Sue for a wonderful getaway.

TV was fuzzy but we weren't really there for that. It was a perfect place to stay for our visit to the concert at Rama.

The room was very clean with an incredible view of Lake Simcoe. It was quiet at night. With the extremely cold weather, we did find the room a bit cold, understandably.

great view, not the best time of year....no sun, no snow ... but, great location... close to Casino Rama...for a show... close to Tim's. Seating to relax outside and take it all in. Very enjoyable !

My daughter and I went to a concert nearby and stayed the night and we were pleasantly surprised. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the room. My daughter is 8 months pregnant and sometimes needs a chair to sleep sitting up. The owner brought one of his chairs for her to use and we were truly grateful for the service. There is a little beach area across and you can go on a nice walk near the lake. We had a great overall experience

We rented this room because we had a concert at casino Rama. It was 5 min drive. We had a view of the lake. The room was clean and comfortable. Great room for he cost. Well worth the money

The only complaint would be lack of tv stations, we only had 2. Did not address with staff as we were not in room for any length of time.

Room was too hot. Opened the window to try to cool it down. No thermostat to control the temperature and we like it cool at night. It's better than being too cold. (This is in October when it just started getting cold, so the heat definitely works!) Bottom sheet was very rough/pilled. Should have probably replaced that sheet by now.
