The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I stepped into the hotel, showcasing professionalism and warmth that immediately made me feel at home. The room was nothing short of perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with wonderfully cozy beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the old town, it offers the convenience of stepping out directly into the beautiful Vieux-Montréal immersed in its historic charm. Although the furniture may not be the latest style, this was no concern for me. The overall comfort, the perfect location, and the exceptional service the front desk staff provided more than made up for it. Overall, my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of the city with utmost comfort and friendly service.

Everyone was so friendly and kind, starting with the super nice valet who greeted us. He truly could not have been nicer. The room was wonderful; they even provided pet dishes for my cat. The room was comfortable except for the pull out couch which both kids said was uncomfortable; we ended up putting the mattress on the floor the second night. The view was of the courtyard and nothing super special but perfectly pleasant. Location was perfect. One slight glitch was they said my car was too big for their parking lot so I had to go to the science center for $35 a day, which threw me a little but turned out to be no big deal. Would definitely go back. Really, nicest people ever!

I was unaware of construction that would be occurring when I booked our stay. Also, this is probably the second visit where housekeeping was a bit unpredictable. I wish they had a door tag (similar to other hotels) where you can request your room to be made right away/sooner. We could come back from our outings and our room would still not be made, but the housekeeping cart was working in a room on the floor.

Love this hotel. We have stayed here many times while visiting family in the area. Perfect location.

Great location; very close to everything - restaurants, museums and shops. Loved the size of the suites with a small kitchen and living room - perfect for a family of 4. Notre Dame was very close yet there were no sounds of church bells so the rooms are sound-proof.

My friend and I stopped here on a visit from Toronto with little to no research of the property and boy, what a surprise we had! Absolutely phenomenal hotel. The location was so perfect for Old Montreal, the aesthetic of the property is also magical. The staff were so wonderfully friendly hand writing coffee shop recommendations for us and, our gift upon checking in was such a lovely touch! Our room was perfect, looking onto the cobbled street below, minimal noise from the odd car, comfy beds, incredible amenities too! We are just upset we couldn’t stay longer!

The room was very large. It felt like it was missing some furniture or I could’ve put two massage tables inside of it. I’m not complaining it was great.

I loved how large the room was. Also in the heart of the old port, yet far enough away that it was not noisy.
