Having stayed there four times over the past five years, the property could use an upgrade(old/dated furniture), and the quality of the buffet breakfast has declined. The juice machine often dispenses overly watered down beverages, the selection of fruits are often bruised and overripe(bananas and apples), they no longer have bread choices such as croissants(!) or waffles, just dry bagels and toast, along with sugary pound cakes. If you need non-dairy or gluten free options, you will have challenges eating in-house daily.

Staff accommodated a room change, which was then an upgrade, due to initially being placed next door to a family with children who cried nonstop. The staff are very friendly, from the front desk, to the lobby and breakfast cafe. The family suites are spacious and the kitchens are very convenient when you want to make a quick meal for children.

Hôtel served breakfast every morning with a very friendly and hard working staff. All staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke French and English. If I was to point out one thing on the bad it would be that the pool only had a latter to get in and out and not gradual stairs. This made it very difficult for a person with disabilities like myself.

We were a family of 3 traveling. We had a one bedroom (queen bed) loft room. Room was like a good size efficiency apartment. Full kitchen, table/4 chairs, living space with pull out sofa ( double bed) and chair with ottoman and a writing desk. The view from our room was awesome at night.

Oh my god this place was great! Fantastic location, close to just about anywhere you want to go during a stay in Montreal! The place was beautiful, meticulously clean, the suite was huge and had everything we needed, stove, huge refrigerator, coffee maker, clean beds and shower, indoor pool, deck on roof, gym, Fantastic breakfast, etc. Best of all was the incredible customer service at the desk and especially the parking attendants and concierge! Absolutely will come back with my extended family and friends! Thanks for a great time!

My only complain was some of the pillows were not comfortable.

The suite we stayed in (family of 6) was HUGE. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our big family. The location was excellent. We walked all of Montreal - Old Montreal, the port, Chinatown, and all over.

Very comfortable place to stay with kids. Very helpful staff. Check-in, check-out, valet parking were all easy and fast. Within walking distance of several restaurants, souvenir shops, a mall, China town, etc. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Included breakfast . Old town is possible to walk to (though we didn't do that) Would maybe take 30 minutes or so. Metro isn't far away either.

More effort needs to be made for continental breakfast. It was severely lacking options. A milk alternative for coffee would be appreciated, plus other options of eggs rather than hard boiled.

Parking was nuts. Even to park upfront at times to wait for the valet service was nuts.

I loved that we were on the 10th floor and the pool was on the rooftop. And I loved that it was walking distance to the bell center
