I was disappointed that the in-room coffee maker used single-use pods. I would rather get coffee downstairs than use the pods, but that didn't work with my morning timing. Also one of the sheer cutains was missing, which was out of sync with the rest of the clean, well cared-for space.

The room, with its beautiful old hardwood floors, brick and plaster walls, perfect armoire, and big beautiful window was better than I had expected. The pillows were perfect and all the bedding very comfortable. I loved the coat hooks, the boot tray, and the brick ledge where I stored my hiking gear. I loved the radiator too. Excellent accomodation overall.

Steps leading up to reception might present a problem for people with mobility issues

Wonderful welcome by Michel, who showed us all the facilities and the reception staff. We had clean spacious room, comfortable beds and quiet. Perfect location in the old lower town, from where it was easy to get to everything. Rail station only a 15 minute walk away

The rooms are quite small so best for solo traveller or couple with no kids.

The bed and towels were comfortable. The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. The wine card bar is a nice touch!

Auberge St Pierre was perfect for our needs! Nice and efficient staff. Smooth check in and check out. Our room was quiet and comfortable. With complete amenities. Clean. Hot drinks available 24hours in our room and on the ground floor was a welcome treat each time we came back from the freezing cold! The fresh oranges in the lobby as well. The hotel is located near all the attractions of Old Quebec. Walking distance but not in a crowded area. One of the 2 elevators of the hotel was out of service due to maintenance but it in no way caused any inconvenience.

The breakfast didn't have many options, and the quality of the food wasn't the best so this could definitely be improved.

I liked the convenience of the hotel location, it was so close to alot of the shops, sightseeing and restaurants. The room was also a great size, with great bathroom facilities and nice room decor.

Nobody’s said us to avoid to let the dog alone in the room, so the hotess has been a bit rude when she said we can’t leave for a walk without the dog. Next time, be clear at the check in 🫤

But there were not enough electrical outlets in the room. For example, to connect an electric kettle, I used an outlet under the table., not to mention connecting a computer or charging a phone. I had to use the outlet in the toilet. I also attributed a small bed for two adults to the disadvantages. At the same time, we cannot say that we have large sizes.

In general, I liked everything. Excellent location, friendly staff, service. At the same time, I am happy with my stay at this hotel. Separately, I would like to mention the excellent restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food and a high level of service.

Easy to get to. No parking but it was available close by. Had a coffee and espresso machine for use by guests, much appreciated. Reception had a bowl of oranges available too. All nice unexpected touches.
