The washing machine had mold, but I am sure this was just an oversight.

The location was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable. Parking was good as Quebec City had free parking in many areas due to the city upgrading the meters. I would stay here again.

We had a toddler with us and it was not child proof-we we're expecting a child-proof venue. This would be my only critique is that it was a little dangerous. Nothing against the venue, it would have been perfect for her if she was a little older.

It was a gorgeous loft that we'd consider the perfect location. It seemed clean and provided all of the amenities it claimed to (although it was a little hot and we couldn't figure out the AC-we'll call it a user error, we did not reach out about it.)

I didn’t like low deep the bath tub is and that there were instructions in the bathroom on how to activate the shower faucet- I couldn’t figure it out! I also wish there were grab bars to ensure an easy in and out if such a deep bathtub

I loved The apartment and its location! I walked to everything and came back to the apartment to drop off bags etc. It was warm and cozy as it was really cold outside! And super clean! Lots of towels and everything I needed! My second time and surely not my last!

Several of the dishes were chipped and broken, kitchen equipment poor quality (frying pans all scratched an warped, no jug for water etc, knives very dull). Lighting in bathroom terrible, unable to see well enough to use mirror for makeup.

Perfect location for the Christmas markets and restaurants in old Quebec - very close to the outdoor skating rink. Very clean and linens good, the pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Parking garage was within 5 mins walking distance.

It was a lovely spot, with a beautiful big window, and a nice kitchen! The bed was a king which was amazing, super comfy. Location is very central. Overall loved it.

Murphy bed lock was defective, could be dangerous if children were to pull on handles, toppling it to the floor. Toilet roll holder in power room needs to be replaced to prevent roll from continuously falling on floor.

Bathroom lighting was blue and made everything look awful and hard to see. The mattress definitely needs replacing, as it was not comfortable.

Excellent size loft, clean and neat upon arrival. Two bathrooms, one on each level which was a bonus. Excellent location to everything in the Old City. Would have rated it higher, but the bathroom lighting was horrible blue light and literally couldn’t see well at all. They definitely need new a new mattress at this location. I would definitely return if those two things were corrected as we liked the location very much!

Accommodation, location and access are perfect for a city break in the old Quebec. Clean and bright in the heart of the old city. We used the public parking at a convenient price located at 5 min walk.

There was a bit of an issue with check-in as it was not clearly explained how to give our credit card info for deposit in order to get check in info. Partially my fault, but made difficult by the fact that we were travelling and had limited data to open the links to the letter that was sent multiple times but without an explanation that it contained essential information for check-in. Resolved in the end though, but having to call to give credit card info was not ideal. Would have been good to know in advance that one of the twin beds was just a trundle bed.

The location was great, so central to the old town and the train station. Just what we were looking for.

The communication with the property was not very effective. I was just notified the day of the stay that they needed my ID. And when I asked them for a crib multiple times, I got no response. So we ended up using the sofa bed for my toddler during the stay. Then a day after we checked out, I found that they charged me for a hand towel stain that I used to wipe off the tea spilled on the table, the kind of thing that a regular hotel would not charge.

We loved it’s location. It was very easy to walk to almost any places we wanted to go. We also liked the space it offered.

We were unable to get the TV to work so we could watch a movie.

Location was fantastic. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Loved having the sleeping quarters in the lifts loft.

Did not get the codes on time and when i called woman said that they did not have credit card or identification . Booking was in the name of my travel agent and she had sorted everything out a week earlier. Staff were not helpful
