The towels in the bathroom were not as good as ones in other places we stayed on this vacation. The TV had some issues connecting to wifi.

The location was great. We were right in the middle of old town, a couple blocks from Chateau Frontenac. Exploring the streets of old town, with all its shops and restaurant was very easy. Our unit was very comfortable. We made use of the kitchen, and appreciated having two sinks and a very nice shower. We slept very well and the unit was quiet in spite of being right in the middle of things. The bedroom had room darkening curtains which were appreciated. The support staff was exceptional! They addressed any issues we had quickly and communicated directly with us via text messages. I would recommend this place to other travelers. Also, we had a car and it was very handy being able to park in the underground lot across the street.

There were a few little things that could be improved like not knowing how to use the TV remotes or labeling the shampoo/soap/conditioner in the shower but the property was thankful for our feedback and will improve these minor aspects of the room.

Everything was wonderful. Very good communication with the property and everything we needed in the room was there. The location is right in the middle of Quebec City’s old town and down the street from the Chateau Frontenac. We would not have wanted to be anywhere else. The property let us know how to get there, parking, free laundry facilities, codes, restaurant recommendations, tours, etc which made our arrival and stay super easy. We highly recommend staying here!

The stairway up smells funny and was dirty at points. It was also noisy. The old town was tourist dominated.

Be aware of some street noise bleeding in from below, but it wasn't a problem and had stopped by about 9 PM.

Cute little place in a terrific location. Had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday in the beautiful city. Spotlessly clean. The A/C worked great during a period of unseasonably hot weather. Would add that the host was very proactive and communicative. All in all a great stay - highly recommended .

Beds need some fine tuning but are comfortable. The pillows were flat and should be replaced. A full length mirror would be a great addition to the unit.

Excellent location in a safe and secured area surrounded by all the attractions, restaurants parks etc. The checkin process was easy and the loft was very comfortable. Coffee was excellent.

Hallway smelled a little, bath towels were a little thin, bed sheets were small so they came off easily, tv remote (bell) worked for first night then we needed to use the box in the closet to change channels for the other nights

Since it’s above a popular street and near city hall and the churches, it stays noisy in the evenings and there church bells are pretty loud during the day. I didnt mind it as much as the rest of my family

Fantastic location and a clean and comfortable apartment. It’s walkable distance from the train station (15 minutes but with some hills so wouldn’t really recommend if you have big luggage), a short taxi drive (5 minutes and about $10) or bus ride (bus stop outside the apartment although they don’t come too frequently). Photos in the listing are accurate. I do wish some tea was provided instead of just coffee. But the kitchenette was well equipped otherwise.

Not a big deal, but the only thing was that there street noise from tours/restaurants below in the afternoons. But it was quiet at night, so no trouble sleeping.

Great location, easy to pop back to the room for a mid-day rest. Nicely appointed room that was updated, clean and comfortable. Parking and bus stop close by in case you want to venture out. Loved that it had an elevator.
