Property was ok but i would like to share one thing they don’t have water bottle and basic items like toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. this is a basic thing everyone need water bottles and they charge 2$ for one bottle. They can charge 5-10 bucks more while booking but please provide basic items before check in.

It's an older building. They only have one luggage trolly. It was very cold in the hallways.

We are placed at the annex side . I hope next time will stay at main hotel . I will recommend your hotel to our family and friends.

I took my daughter for a swim in the pool but once we looked in and saw the dirty coulour of the water ii had to tell her we couldn’t swim and that was very disappointing to her because she was looking forward to that all the way up there

The juice machine didn’t work and there was not that much space to eat also the bacon had to be cooked in a microwave

Not very clean, lot of dust, bathroom need renovation, hot water and wifi didn't work . No coffe machine in the room.

One of the beds were broken, the hot water took 15 minutes to warm up, the toilet seat was loose, the towel rack was broken, the breakfast eggs were cold.

The bathroom was tiny had only a small stand up shower in it. The fan that turns on with the light was defining. There was a non working fire place a light stick that turned on nothing. Holes that had been cheaply and poorly fixed. The bar fridge rattled like it was on its last legs. The breakfast in the a.m was horrible. Not worth your money.

We needed a clip to keep the window curtains closed as the end panel was not attached to the rod. The USB charging station on the night stand not working. Mirror on the washroom too high for a short person. Hair dryer not attached to the wall so it took sometime for us to figure out how it work. No shower mat provided for somewhat sticky tub floor. Shower curtains moldy.

Food okay for price. Excellent location. Reception staff was very accommodating as he took time to check if room was ready for us to check in early. I wasn't expecting much from the bad reviews I read so was pleasantly surprised with how the room turned out, except of course some minor inconveniences as above.

They give us room , ac was not working firstly, so many flies inside the room, room phone was not even working, washroom was not cleaned look like someone left with taking shower, and after all that they finally decided to change our room , and that room has not tv working, not even microwave in room to heat up my food, Just location was good, middle of the city thats all, not worthing to price

Bargain basement for one night in Niagara . Room was reasonably clean and spacious. No frills but near to everything that is the hell hole of Niagra city. The Falls were awesome.

The lobby is very small a was congested during check in not easy bringing in luggage. The parking for the hotel was ridiculous. The room hadn't dusted, no kleenx, no alarm clock, and the toilet seat didn't fit. The elevator took forever to reach a floor. Breakfast was very congested because it was stuck in a far back corner. There were to many tables in such a small space to move around.

I really only liked the location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. We never used the pool to know if it was satisfactory or not.

The room that was assigned to us was totally different from the one in the photos at the time of making the reservation. there was no coffee maker. microwave. and the fridge didn't work properly
