United KingdomRoom was slightly small as nowhere to put big cases. Didn't love the balcony being so close to the pool area as felt very over looked. Aircon took a long time to cool down, although appreciate it is due to its energy efficiencies. Overall great hotel though.
Fantastic location to explore Canmore and the wider area. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were fantastic. Food in the hotel was delicious.

It's not only a pretty hotel, with incredible views and the cutest river walk nearby, but my husband and I also had the best sleep there. Everything is made to make you feel comfortable - and they succeeded. The coffee shop is also so convenient, and they do truly serve great coffee drinks. The pool area is also perfect, with jacuzzis accessible.

United StatesThey couldn't get my TV to work the first night and did nothing to try to compensate for the inconvenience. They don't tell you which wifi to use and the password is hidden on the key card. Just tell us upfront how to use it or post it somewhere.

This is my first time in the Canmore area and I was careful about choosing the accommodation, but I was worried because I only saw pictures of it, but that was my wrong idea. First of all, the cleanliness of the accommodation is above normal. It was perfectly cleaned and the view from the mountain view room was so nice. The kindness of the front staff and the cleanliness of the pool were also perfect. No need to see any other hotels. I will visit again next time. It was a perfect trip.

The restaurants and cafe had yummy food and the town of Canmore is charming- far less crowded and hectic than nearby Banff.

Insane views, really cosy walk at the river right next to the hotel and walking distance from Canmore shopping area without the crowd at the hotel neighbourhood..Food and service was perfect, accomodation is as good as new and very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic with stunning views, both out our room window and over the pool. It was great to have free parking and be able to walk all of our Canmore. The concierge Danielle was instrumental in helping us plan our days and really listen to the kinds of things we wanted to do. Loved the super soft robes and the good coffee in our room.

It is a good looking property, well maintained and has great attentive staff. We used the complimentary bikes to cruise around Canmore parks and down by the Bow River. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was a nice feature we enjoyed. There is also an onsite concierge who you can walk right up up to in the lobby and ask questions of and even purchase tickets to things from. They have nepresso machines in the rooms, and will gladly give you extra coffee pods at the front desk or you can call for some. A really great comfortable stay, I feel pampered and a bit spoiled for my travels! Rooms have balcony’s which is always nice to have and sit outside with a great Mountain View. You won’t be disappointed, it’s a great place to stay.
