The elevators were always full and really busy it was quicker to take the stairs even if you’re on the 10th floor. 🫠

Housekeeping out of 6 nights stay we only had our room cleaned 2 times. Not 1 time were our towels taken from the bathroom while placed were they said to get new ones.

The staff were extremely amazing, room view, proximity to the event we attended.

I requested a later check out (1:00) but they weren’t able to accommodate even though the room wasn’t being serviced or used right afterwards. Also, it was a very busy weekend and the elevator waits were very long.

It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. We were there for a cheer competition which was across the street and very convenient.

I was surprised by the price of parking, the discount for people who stay at the hotel was just 5 CAD. We expected the price to be at least half price.

I love the breakfast at hotel, they are nicely prepared for people with gluten-free diet, celiac disease. We found whole table just with gluten free options, special toaster for gluten free bread, packed muffins to avoid cross contamination! Well done! Thank you for making me feel safe during breakfast!

Their pillows and sheets are so bad - they feel like plastic. I also didnt like the fact that they charge for parking.

The fall view.was spectacular. The room and the hotel were cleaned. There is a starbucks in the bulding although havent tried it. I recommend the calamari feom their restaurant. The rest of the foods i tried, werent impressive bht decent.

Room illumination was poor, washroom layout was not good, overhead Shower regulation was really confusing. Couldn't find a way to switch the default shower setting from overhead to hand-held (with the selection button), without getting wet with a shocking blast of initial ice cold water splashing all over your head/body. We had to reach the regulator first from outside the shower-stall to avoid this mess. Requested a room with the best view since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, expecting a room above 25th floor, but we got one on the 16th floor.

View, paid parking (although expensive), fast elevators, friendly staff and the included breakfast were good. They welcomed us with a complimentary tray of strawberries dipped in chocolate, since our visit was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

Check out got complicated because they wanted to run my credit card twice (one large charge and one small charge of like $8). Never got an explanation why they wanted to run it like that. Caused minor travel delays due to having to call credit card company to let additional charge process.

Didn't realize there was an onsite pool until pretty late!

Breakfast was great and varied. Especially the made to order omelette!. The City could improve urban design to make the whole area more pedestrian friendly/safe and more inviting to walk, and more wheelchair friendly.

parking was quite pricey at around $45. Alternatively, you can find nearby parking for $20 a night.

The view was perfect, the room was clean, and the WiFi reception was good.

We were living on the 25th floor. Only one elevator (A) can reach 23rd and upper floors. Elevator B only reaches 22nd floor and lower, but A and B share one button on the lobby level. Usually, B arrived but we had to wait for A. Once, we went to 22nd floor by B first and then waited for A, but after long time it hadn't come, so we had to climb stairs.

The view is excellent, and it has parking lot.

Room was a little warm for my liking. Other than that it was nice.

Check-in associate was amazing he was friendly and very accommodating. It was our 40th anniversary and he upgraded our room to a higher floor with a view of the falls. We were also surprised with a bottle of champagne. Everything was perfect. Restaurant was good. Easy check in and out. Housekeeping lady was kind and friendly.

The duvet was very crinkly and made a lot of noise when moving. The bed was comfortable though.

The breakfast buffet was great. The view from our room was great. The sleep spray was amazing.
