Did not like the wifi connection. Way too many questions when trying to log on. Name and room number or password like everyone else much better.

Only complaint is no make up cloth to wash your face, just a disposable towelette, and I hate getting the pretty white cloths dirty. Body wash was empty and not refilled even after we requested it. But super minor things that did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is spotless, and comfotable. we enjoyes christmas Dinner at the restaurant in the lobby, and the meal was delicious.

Cleanliness! This is a Hilton and it should be spotless! Carpets in foyer area need upgrading or better cleaning. Room was OK clean, but there was little stuff beside the bed and some of the furniture that should be taken care of by HAND if a vacuum can't pick it up.

Breakfast excellent. Staff working on a holiday were excellent. Bed comfort excellent.

We didn't get the cookies when we arrived this time, just like the previous time, I thought maybe they didn't do it anymore. look forward to them they were delicious. They should have a notice if they don't so them anymore.

There seems to have been some sort of inconsistency with how the room is booked vs what’s covered. I had run into this once before where I swore that the room I booked had specific amenities covered only to find out later they didn’t. I did happen to screen shot the selection I made when I booked for this reason. Sure enough I was told the first morning for breakfast that we did not have it covered. I took the bill to the front desk with the screen shot and they emailed me back later to state that they would allow this one but tomorrow I would have to pay for breakfast. Now I appreciate the gesture, but I am not satisfied with the answer. I literally provided proof that the level of package I chose was supposed to have included breakfast. I see on the confirmation email however that breakfast is NOT included. So when is the user supposed to know that the package they chose which shows that yes, breakfast included, is not actually part of their package? Because finding out after the confirmation email is sent is not fair to the customer who has clearly selected the option to have breakfast included 🤷‍♀️. In essence, I literally put the breakfast option in the cart and checked out and the result was negligible. I realize this is the result of some sort of error though booking.com for how that transaction took place, so I am asking if you would kindly have them review how a customer checks out those options or else how they advertise and display those package options to customers because clearly this is a misrepresentation of what’s being tendered.

I absolutely LOVED the room. You guys did a really great job of making the bathroom accessible enough for the second person to assist and sturdy and comfortable enough for the disabled person to have their dignity. The spacious suite made it feel like home away from home and we appreciated not having to roll to the end of a carpeted hallway to access our room. Carpet and wheelchairs = arm workouts.

I did not like the location because of the traffic to go to downtown. The pool is good but the water is climatized, not heated.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. For me that was the best part. The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and comfortable.

My husband was threatened by a drunk native lan in the morning while he went downstairs to get a coffee. That was not very nice

The walls are pretty thin and can hear neighbours easily and voices in the hall

Everything was great! Would have loved to see a microwave in the room, but that's about it. With a little person it would have been nice to warm up something in the room, but still great:)

The buffet was surprisingly really good. We were not expecting such a nice breakfast. We came down around 10 and everything was fresh and delicious. There was a good offering of different breakfast fare. I was really impressed. The server as well as the chef were both absolutely lovely and the dining area was so nice and relaxing. The only request would be to make the bacon crispy. It was cooked but it was soggy, but that is just a personal preference. I would still come back a million times over.
