Small room quaint.

Menu for breakfast not clear. Wanted item on menu and got it from the buffet. It was not clear that I was not asking for the buffet but just scramble eggs. Small issue and the staff were very very busy.

I was granted a late check out before 1pm but the house keeping team has been knocking on my door since 11.45am and 12.30 noon though I'd told them I would check out before 1pm - lack of communication between the parties involved that caused unnecessary disturbance.

Pool had too many people in it Saturday. A hot tub would help solve the problem. Plus the air in the pool and changing room was very cold.

The bed was not so comfortable for me. The remote in our bedroom didn't work, so we shared the remote between the lounge and our bedroom... I am not sure to what extent the hotel is affiliated with the restaurant, but that breakfast buffet for $32 is not it!! Far less choices, and what's available is not of a great standard, so that was disappointing.

The vicinity to where we needed to do business. The room was clean, sheets were sparkling white and smelt good. I liked that a lot. I liked the kitchen space in the room, which allowed us to warm meals and store a few things in the fridge. The lobby area was also clean and smelt fresh. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, i liked the freshly baked choc chip given at check-in. I appreciated the workstation in the lobby, though it's in a busy section by the lifts, I still appreciate the idea, it was useful for me and my daughter to do our work.

Location, staff and price was fantastic! It's right in between the Eaton Centre and Art Gallery of Ontario. The on-site restaurant food was well cooked and taste was on point! There is underground parking that was safe and secure.

The bathtub was wobbly. There was no view in the window. Some parts of the room was already dilapidated.

The cleaner came into our suite without knocking, without announcing she was there. She then barged into our bathroom without knocking while my husband was using it.

Good Location, beds were comfortable. Plenty of amenities.

Kitchenette was not fully equipped. It would have been better if it had an oven or airfyer to cook pizzas, frozen foods etc.⁸

Bed was a little small for a “king” room, hotel parking lot is a huge rip off ($50/day and the lot/parking spots are difficult to maneuver). We weren’t able to try the restaurant as the hours were pretty short.

Beds/pillows were comfy! Very secure hotel which we loved! Warm cookies upon arrival were delicious :)

Not directed towards this hotel specifically, but hotels are just so expensive in Toronto it's hard to find good ones for a reasonable price. This one was the best I could find and it was worth the money.

Location is good, 8 minutes from Union. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, with a spotless bathroom. Later check out us nice as well.

The room was small and there was no option to pay for snack food with a debit, so everyone charged it to the room, which is more of a problem for me. :)

The location was perfect for our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small for all of us who stayed there but it met our needs. I would definitely return.

The charging port on the alarm clock provided for my cell phone didn’t work and although I thought my phone was charging it was completely dead in the morning

The rooms are quite small and beds are double, not queen. Was tight but we didn’t spend much time in the room so was fine.

Continental breakfast was Delish. The pool is large and beautiful and not too busy. The staff were exceptional, especially breakfast in the restaurant.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare. You have to go into the underground parking garage which isn’t a big deal but there’s a 6’ high limit and that wasn’t noted on the listing so thankfully I had a car that fit. It would be a huge issue for anyone with a truck to try and park down there.
