It is so far away from the airport & everything. It said “airport suites.”

The property and rooms were clean. The beds were super comfortable. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bartender in the restaurant is sooo nice. 😊

It’s not very well insulated. It was loud which doesn’t mean it was the hotels fault people were just disrespectful, but there is more insulation that could’ve possibly helped.

Front desk expertise was low, one guy talks too loud and no smile no greetings no sense of customer service. Room has no sound proofing. Hear sex noise from all room next doors and in the lobby too. Also can hear all phone calls from each room

Inside the room, the jacuzzi bath tiles were cracked and chipped. The toilet in the bathroom wouldn’t stop running.

There was a slight smell like cigar smoke in the room. Neither of us smoke so we noticed it. A bit like being in a US casino. Aside from that everything was fine.

We left before breakfast was served as we had to catch a flight. Proximity to the airport parknfly was pretty good. Bed was comfortable. Desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Bit further from the airport than I thought, but okay, considering the price. Colorful walk-ins at the bar in the evening but not threatening. The bartender had everything under control

There seem to be a lot of people coming in for breakfast that did not stay at the hotel, and it felt a little busy at a Continental breakfast in the morning.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and helped answer any questions we had. The food was amazing at the restaurant, and delivered right to our room. We were completely taken care of from the moment we stepped in the door until we checked out.

i didn't like the attitude from front desk young gentleman with an bad attitude , the room is outdated and with some repairs to be done, also a stained on the ceiling , (that's weird) , it looks very run down. and to top it of you have people at the lobby in pajamas and there is a smell , not a nice place to be. And don't bother with breakfast is just a toast and a banana, i rather go to Tim Hortons

I believe the building is a little bit older, I would of liked a little bit more space in the bathroom, and the tv was slightly outdated.

I liked the bar staff and the on-site parking. I also thought the price was good relative to the quality. I also enjoyed that our check-in process was smooth

The breakfast need more verity and improvement. My room was on the first (ground) floor right beside the parking lot it was a little noisy in the morning when every one is leaving
