Nothing really. It would have been nice if the cafe was open. But understand this was end of season.

Beautiful setting with views of Mount Robson from our window. Well equipped rustic style cabin. Cosy and warm. Relaxing place to be and easy to find. Friendly and helpful host!

Beds weren‘t comfortable. It was a little bit pricy for just a room with no Kitchen. Don’t know if negative or Not: There are bears Outside at the property, so be aware. If you travel off season there might be only 2-6 other People on the whole property (campground was closed). This can be scary.

Off-Season, so it was very quiet. If the weather is Good, you can See Mount Robson directly in Front of the Room. The Room itself is nice and cosy. Starlink Wifi was very fast.

Beautiful scenery but heavy truck noise due to all the construction ran until about 9 PM.

The cabin was beautiful, so clean and the views from the window completely exceeded our expectations. Jodi was so helpful and accommodating and went the extra mile to help us celebrate our honeymoon. Would highly recommend the beautiful cabin to everyone!

Nothing. Great value for money too. We booked this almost out of lack of alternatives after deciding to stay here instead of in Hinton (to reduce the drive from Vancouver) and are glad we did that. This place underpromised and overdelivered :-)

This place is a gem. The room has the basic necessary amenities, perhaps even a little more given that it is a cabin in nature. But what really over-delivers about this place is its surroundings, which are in my view not advertised as much as they should be. You are in your own personal slice of heaven. Walk 5 mins down the path from your cabin and you are at a flowing, beautiful river, with gorgeous views over Mount Robson, the Canadian rockies, and infinite forests. We even saw bears (they did not want anything to do with us, so it was all quite safe!). When we were there, there was nobody at the few spots near the river allocated for campers, so maybe this is why it felt so idyllic, but even if there had been more people it would have been wonderful. The peace, quiet, nature were all highlights, and so was the extreme kindness of the owner, who talked us through things like food options, his favourite hikes, etc. (thank you for the recommendations!!).

Hard to find using satnav which took us to a truck inspection site 2km away from the property.

The location was stunning, the cabins were well appointed but perhaps slightly dated. The staff were lovely and helpful to us during our stay.

No water refill station readily accessible.

A nice and quiet spot near Berg Lake trail and Mount Robson. There's good WiFi connection thanks to a Starlink terminal, and some cabins include kitchens, even though ours didn't. The place is well kept, if a bit old, and feels welcoming and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, something we appreciated.

The lighting was dim and needs updating. There was a lack of comfortable seating in the cabin since the lounge area had a large second bed. We felt the large window in the kitchen area could do with a net curtain to give some privacy from the outside.

The staff were delightful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was spacious and had new and efficient kitchen equipment. The heating worked well which we needed to use in the mornings. We booked a whitewater rafting experience from the Lodge which was really fun and very well organised. Thank you to the Cinnamon family and team for making is feel so welcomed!

Very friendly and helping staff. The location is perfect for hikes around Mount Robson and there is a big chance to see some wildlife in the area.

The beds were too soft for me

Remote and calm cabins. Immersed in nature with a beautiful view to mount Robson to wake up to. An excellent base for hikes and there is a mountainbike park nearby in Valemont. The hotel also does white water rafting tours (which I didn't take). Kitchen was equipped and even had a water kettle. Friendly and helpful staff.

Super cute cabins. Cozy and still had space to move and everything you needed. If the view wasn't smoked in, it would have been spectacular right from the window.

The Cabin I rented was right in front of Mount Robson. The Cabin was spacious, clean. The WIFI was great and I was dependent on the WIFI as there are cell phone signals in the area. The place is lovely and a must visit.

Honestly, nothing at all. Heavy rain during the night 😂. Cold water was too cold😅.

Very friendly and informative welcome from our host Jodie. Setting was brilliant, stunning view of Mount Robson and a pleasant stroll down to the amazing river. As there is no catering on site we drove a short dress stance to Valemount where all our needs were fulfilled. The room was both cosy with a comfortable bed in which we slept really well. I believe there is soundproofing as no noise was heard from adjacent rooms. The room was super clean with screens on all the windows. Bathroom was fine with a great shower. We would recommend an overnight stay here to anyone going south or even a few days relaxation as Jodie overs white water rafting or/and a more tranquil rafting on the river.
